According to our Marketing Statistics, 93-96% of Guests at The Penthouse Hotel are "Girl Friendly", 15-20% of Guests being "BOTH, Girl and Ladyboy Friendly".

A tiny minority, (some 1%) are believed to be, what is commonly referred to as Gay, only.

Latest developments: I forgot about social desirability bias in self-report survey data. Well said! I put my post in the hotel thread which I know soon will be deleted!

In spite of the constructive comments I think the one respond from the Hotel Management to Eaglestart says it all after 30 plus years of experience in the Hotel business!

Penthouse management, Saint Mint, D.D. just don't get it! and King J. goes along with it too and fuels the fire. It is easy to see, the first three all have ownership interest regardless of how many times they say they don't.

How can you not make money for your hotel with nice banners like these... every first timer will be attracted to them. I certainly did but I already have a place to stay! A thread and forum if you have nice things to say! I have seen ten times worse things said about Giotto lodge, not once this " King J " step in and help him tell writers to be gentle on Giotto! nor has Giotto ever lower himself the way these guys at the Penthouse have done.

If I was just a observer, regardless of the it being a 4 or 5 or even a 10 star hotel that no one will ever find another place like it. After reading the responses I still wouldn't stay there because I just don't care for the attitude of the ownership!

I'm obviously fighting a battle of wits with an unarmed man, so I'll be gentle with him:

Around 80% of Members Commenting Have Not Stayed! An assortment of 17 Members have posted. Three members have stayed at the hotel and 14 have not. 82% of the reports of coming from people who have never set foot in the hotel....

(Gentlemen, at this point I edited out Desperado’s long hit-list of 17 ‘trouble-makers’ who dared comment about Penthouse Hotel. I only made number 10 on the list – how insulting).

Desperado. Became a member of ISG a couple of weeks ago when Penthouse owners started posting. Has 20 posts to date. Started with two short "filler comments" in a poor attempt to establish street cred. Followed by 18 posts directly promoting Penthouse. Flamed anyone who didn't praise Penthouse. Including members who were not critical of Penthouse.

Remember, Desperado, I did inspect several rooms in the hotel, and did indeed recommend it (for a ST or a night or so).

Suffers from claustropbia and also thinks that the Play Spa Pool is used for orgies and should be replaced with something else. What, like a knitting club? Remember this is ISG.

Let's get one thing straight from the start buddy. I started the "Knitting Club" series of witty insults on the ISG Fight Club (and on Giotto's thread - the headquarters of the Knitting Club) - so come up with your own witty jibes you unoriginal fucker.

He likes to stay in a big room at half the price. For me this is another way of saying my budget is 500 Baht a night.

Maybe for you. For me, at 1500Baht/night, I was happy with my spacious modern suite, great service, in a modern hotel with a great reputation, and a fucking big resort pool with hot babes lounging around in their bikinis.

He also mentions Trip Advisor and all the credible negative reports written by one post wonders dating back to 2005. Credit Card scamming. Extra Fees. Bad Management Attitude.

Dear Penthouse Owners, is this dropkick really a friend of yours? Maybe this is the bit where you take him quietly aside for a little talk about good PR versus completely fucking your business with his big mouth and small brain.

Yes, I listen to what others have to say but ultimately it is my sole decision.

Very good, same as me. But I know and you know that in our businesses we both value what our employees say and their opinions. We pay people a salary to be experts in certain areas and take their advice, opinions, and work to heart when we make our decisions. More importantly we listen to our customers and their opinions and value that more then anything else. That did not happen in the past here.
