Without starting a debate on tips since everybody can do what they want with their money, my opinion is that tips cannot be expected per se and if you want you can avoid tipping. Personally I would (in case) only tip if the service is very good and by very good I mean a complete GFE. But don't feel guilty or something for not tipping. I received requests for tipping after mediocre services. My answer was prrrr!
