Will be choice of establishment like all businesses in Berlin. Of course like change in BBBJ law, difficult (impossible?) to monitor and enforce. But free testing soon ending (Oct) and also Senat maybe laying legal foundation to tighten later. Art's for sure under monitoring since crazy raid in 2016. Cannot say if or when Berlin will impose 2 G on them (and all bordellos). But new regs legally in force since 18 Sept. Cannot say if / when Arts might change its policy.

Background is all Covid data curves (cases, hospitalizations, deaths) tracking like 2020 - higher after summer holidays, then down a little, who know where by end Oct with colder weather. Berlin numbers in late June were under 10 new cases per day. Now often 400-600/ day, mostly young unvaccinated. Anyway new regs are confusing. They are what they are. Think they are intended to send signal even if not so practical. Anyway moot point, Ninja gave up Arts long time ago. Risks, quality of choices, high cost - not worth it, esp compared to local indies.. Miss good old days but they are long gone.

3 G is EU sanitary pass. PCR or antigen at Artemis? When Sharks, Oase and Finca are so flexible. Not at all for Mainhattan even antigen is OK.

I talked with a guy today. He had called Artemis and asked about this and they replied "no problem, we are under 3 G". So, it is for sure hard to understand the information.

This is bad news and it is one of the reason why I do not want to take a chance, book a flight etc to go to FKK as the rule might change before my travel date or even while I am in the airplane for 12 hours LOL!

I would accept PCR test, but I got to be vaccinated? That is bit too much.

I'm traveling from the UK to Berlin next Friday. I'm double vaccinated but we use the NHS Covid app which has a QR code, when you say that they check for proof of vaccination, is this an electronic check of the QR code? And can I use the NHS app or does it have to be some sort of German app? I also have a printed letter, would this also suffice?

Let us know how you get on. I'm eager to go but don't know the testing rules for a day trip and it's too confusing reading either UK of German government websites.

I mean. Seriously. Even in pre-covid times, even if no virus ever existed, having an orgy of 350 people (I'm sure they didn't just sing and dance) with no proper ventilation is just plain stupid. Come on.

If negative tested are not anymore allowed, at least they won't be anymore given by vaccinated who are positive.
