When you google FKK Artemis and click on the google reviews you will find this. From some guy name gregory chandler.

In the last week.

My research shows that this is a dangerous place with lots of criminal activity. The Berlin police raided Artemis in April 2016. The news reports are that the massive April 2016 raid had about 1,000 police officers. (Internet search: Artemis-Berlin April 2016 police raid) If you want to avoid run-ins with the police, stay away. People have been robbed at Artemis. Shootings and stabbings have taken place at Artemis. The staff and women are rude. I am told that the staff and women at Artemis are intentionally rude. The comments below also inform about rude service or no service at Artemis. There is the illegal sex trafficking of women at Artemis. The Berlin Hell's Angels motorcycle gang is active in the criminal affairs of Artemis. Among other matters, the police were investigating a murder with an alleged Artemis and Hell Angels connection. The women working at Artemis cheat men out of money. The managers are lazy, stupid, incompetent, and have no control over the staff and women. Some of these managers were jailed by the Berlin police in April 2016. I note the comment below by Remy Martin: "I hope this club shuts down and the owner gets cancer. " WOW! That must be the world's worst review of a bad business. The business should be given less than zero stars. Stay away.

"Something" happens on a regular basis anyway. At my every visits, I noticed that the girls are horded up to the office on second floor and later they come back with a band aid on the shoulder.

I don't believe in this bi-weekly medical check, when you are at the reception of a FKK and a new girl is joining the club she will provide her ID card but never she will give a medical check report. Also having sex with a girls who has 10 or more different partners every day (coming from every where in the world) can for me not be at lower risk that with the girl from your office.

Having multiple sexual partners will always increase the chance of getting STDs. And frequenting places such as Artemis will increase the chance substantially (due to girls having sex with many punters during her workday). However. Use of condom (greatly reduces chances of getting STDs) and biweekly checks of the girls (STD "epidemy" is easier to detect and contain) will decrease risk of STD greatly. In fact I would say that having safe sex in Artemis is much safer that with some promiscuous girl in your office or that you meet in a night club. Because THAT girl only goes to her doctor when the symptoms are obvious or in pain.

Ironically it seems that you are not scared about kissing despite kissing being excellent transmitter method of infections (normal ones and couple of STDs too).

So relax. If you want safest possible experience (except staying at home and avoiding having sex) that is also involves more than HJ, use condom always (BJ included) and avoid kissing.

I asked many girls that I know well if they do really medical checks and their answer is obviously no which is true for all FKK. I have a very close friend who is doctor and what I conclude on this topic from my side is that to catch HIV you need to receive a significant amount of infected, blood mostly (but can be sperm or vaginal fluid too). To be practical if you kiss a girl infected with HIV and you have no problem in your mouth neither she, the risk is 0, if you practice oral sex with the same girl and you have no problem in your mouth (0 bleeding when washing your teeth) 0 risk. Better no to wash your teeth 1 hour before a session to reduce the risks. Receiving a BJ if your dick has no skin issues 0 risk, all the rest seems to be at risk. I went to a full medical checks in a big hospital and met a doctor specialized in HIV infection and other MST and he told me that to be safe with sex workers his recommendations is no kiss, no uncovered BJ, no oral sex but in that case why should I go for P6.

None of which are available from a general pharmacy and will all need either prescription following consultation with a physician. Not even in Thailand can you buy these drugs over the counter.

PEP is not a wonder pill taken inside 72 hours. It is a course of tablets.

There is an STD forum on ISG and this discussion should be taken there rather than here if it develops beyond this post. You've raised it in relation to HIV risk in FKK clubs. The advice rendered by members already is not wrong. Your risks if you practice safe sex are very low. Moreover, you are not wrong not to be concerned. Members here are not telling you there is no risk. But that you need not worry as much as you appear to be if you practice safe sex. Yes a condom can split and as I said in previous post I've been there. But in FKK it is less common unless you have a a particularly large dick (not me. I wish!) and break condoms a lot due to sustained or "heavy" sex.

I think if you understood more about the low risk (based on safe sex) and also the effectiveness of PEP you would worry even less. I am therefore setting out some basic information though you should study it more fully if you are really that worried. The more you study the more you are likely to see that the advice given on here that safe sex is a very effective safeguard is very accurate..

You should know that in addition to PEP there are drugs you can take to lower your changes of contracting HIV at all. In PrEP studies, HIV negative people who are at high risk, take antiretroviral medication daily to try to lower their chances of becoming infected with HIV if they are exposed to it. Studies (July 2011) indicate that this might be 73% effective in preventing HIV in sero-discordant partners.

Post-exposure Prophylaxis (the PEP you refer to) is short-term antiretroviral treatment to reduce the likelihood of HIV infection after potential exposure, either occupationally or through sexual intercourse.

A study of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), (the English PROUD study. Google it) demonstrated the highest effectiveness yet seen for this method of HIV prevention.

The effectiveness was 86%; for every 20 infections that might have occurred in participants, 17 were stopped by PEP. So it is highly effective. However you should know that the PEP is also VERY invasive and there are many side effects which very frequently occur so much so to prevent people taking the whole course. As you say, getting hold of these drugs is also NOT easy and you would need to visit a doctor, explain, satisfy him / her that you are very much at risk and why, and have them prescribe these drugs. Saying you've been to an FKK club will NOT satisfy those requirements. Saying you had unprotected sexual intercourse with a sex worker, or that a condom broke would be likely to get you prescribed. The costs of these drugs is also very expensive unless the state are paying but of course no price is too expensive to prevent HIV infection.

All in all. Given your concerns, I'd say either stay away from FKKs or similar facilities where a mix of stunning girls, desire, and maybe alcohol can combine to make you lose inhibitions and your safeguards, or otherwise, do as you say. Limit your risk by ensuring that every sexual encounter is safe. No kissing (correctly mentioned here by one other respondent) no oral WO condom and no sex WO (very rare in Fkks unless you press for and pay for it (my nick! Nothing wrong with attending, loving the view and the social bit and getting a covered blow job or uncovered HJ.

You probably have a greater risk of being hit by a car on the way to an FKK than of contacting HIV in one.

No effect. Police tried to tell all beautiful girls to leave so only uglies stay, but it did not work. Many choices as always. You will find 5+ for sure.

Front desk ask only so you understand rules and prices. Girls may or may not ask. Not big issue but maybe better to say you have been at other FKKs (example Trump Tower in New York). Just be clear what you expect and agree on costs before going to room and make small talk to see if good vibe.
