I have been Artemis yesterday. I think Artemis is nearly dead. I've been about ten times before since 2013. Girls were far better and nice. However sometimes you can be lucky and get a good service. Well, my experience is the service you are getting depends on whether the girls knows you (they see you as returning customer) and whether you "click" together. In general I found the atmosphere to be alive and enticing. One of the longtime Artemis stars had her birthday, girls were giving her hugs and kisses, their sympathy appeared to be genuine. Sure, there are also many girls who cater to other tastes than to a preference for young and slim and model type, but I found the mix to be in good balance. Business was apparently good, while the wait for rooms was minimal for most of the evening (I left at midnight).
