I think in life everything is matter of balance, exercising is very good, too much is bad. The life expectation for intensive sport people is shorter than for the others. As a example my mother is close to 90, healthy and never do any sport in her life. She always tells me all her friend who were doing a lot of sport are all dead some since many years.

Just ask medical. Yes, my doctors find I'm too extreme, but they are impressed by my results to tests and sport really help to stay powerful for sex, compare to beer, or drugs or even Viagra or same. As long I think I'm able to improve, I will keep on my sports, I like to feel in my body and mind.

So do you do cardio or lift weights or something else? I'm in my 30's and don't have any issues yet, but I do run 10 km at least once a week. I just prefer not to tire myself out in a club unless I'm having actual sex. It seems a waste of a trip to spend any time in a gym when I've flown from a different country. Maybe for local people it's a different story.

Yes the gym is still there. Hardly anyone uses it though. I'd say if you're a first time guest, just relax and enjoy scoping the scene for just the right type of lady that tickles your fancy. I was at Artemis last September in 2019, and there was still a gym then, so I doubt they removed it or will remove it!
