While Artemis has no real competition as FKK (La Folie comes to mind but I have not read a review from there in while, and anyway it is closing down in August) both famous Kamilla La Dee and Van Kampen brothels are good alternatives for mid-range mongering.

After I heard about the raid I almost canceled my trip to Berlin. Why go if Artemis is closed? But then I found this thread and am so grateful for all the reviews. Thanks everyone for keeping me informed as to what's different and what's new.

I was in Artemis last Saturday (3. 14) and it was worst FKK experience I ever had. Until my last visit Artemis was my favorite FKK in Germany. I have been there so many times. I arrived there at 3 pm and there was already line at the entrance. Later I discovered that because of Euroleague Final Four basketball tournament in Berlin Artemis was so packed. Had half an hour session with Georgina nice girl from Georgia. Since it was so busy and there was no food till 6 pm left the club for 2 hours to have dinner. Visited Artemis with fellow punter on Friday the 13th. Arriving at 18:00 we found the place full of Italians, Turkish and Swedish guests. After 22:00 sometimes only men were present in the bar. Some of the girls that said they were leaving Artemis after the raid were back or said to me that they have changed plans. I also spotted the Turkish boss (short man with gray hair and spectacles. 1) How available are the lockers / safes? Are they easily accessible and how far away are they? I need to access it about every 1-2 hour.

2) How big are they? Can I fit a laptop or maybe only like wallet+phone and nothing else?

1. Lockers are located in a large, communal changing area. Showers at one end, door to the bar at the other end. They are accessible all day and are quite safe. They are located next to the bar.

2. You can comfortably hang a suit in them. No problem getting a laptop in there.

3. Most people make calls from outside or at a little couch next to the reception area.
