1) 6*60 for three hours + 100 for anal + 50 for CIM = 510.

Ballerpete visits FKK Artemis, and has sex with Fatima and Nina for an hour straight. During that time, they have sex 2 times. Once with anal and CIM for Fatima / no extras for Nina, and once with anal and CIM for both Fatima and Nina. How much is his total bill?

1) 2*2*60 for an hour + 2*100 for anal + 2*50 for CIM = 540.

Scenario A = 510 and Scenario be = 540. Now, if you did anal the whole 3 hours (hypothetically speaking), then you would owe 100 extra for each half hour (6*60+6*100=960), at least according to the official pricing. If a girl tells you different, she's just trying to scam you and you should politely invite her to go to Reception with you to clarify the official pricing.
