It is certainly possible to have sex (full on sex) in the main bar but I do not see it often. Maybe twice in all the time I have been there. Honestly I think it is a matter of being tuned in to the action of the club. That is, on a busy night when lots is going on it is more possible to fuck in the main bar on a couch.
