I went to Berlin last week an spent one evening in A. Not the first, I came already twice, but I think this will have been my last one. I read a lot of enthusiastic reports, but.. When I arrived I got the feeling to enter a clinic. Everything is very clean, and very cold. Here are my first non organized observations: In short: Artemis is OK for Europe, but not worldclass, as it is too boring and business like.

To find the place: Easy: previous reports are accurate, as is google maps:
Take S-bahn from any big station like, Hauptbanhof, Zoo, or Fredrichstrasse to Westkreuz station.

Artemis is a big hotel type building with a big sign on top, you will not miss it.

I arrrived at 18.00 Monday afternoon: Plenty of nice Mercedes' and BMW's in the parking lot, mostly local business people cheating on their wifes I guess? :-)

Everything very well organized and clean as you would expect, maybe a little bit too organized and clean for my liking, after all people are here to have fun!?!

Food, softdrinks, coffe is included in euro70 entrance fee. If you want beer you need to buy euro10 tokens in the entrance. If the beer was cheaper/easier to buy and tasted better then I think Artemis would be a more fun place!

Food is OK if you really are hungry and didn't have time to eat before but it is not tasty and you have to sit in a boring room eating by yourself. For a tourist I recommend that you go out eating before hitting Artemis: drink some GOOD local beer and eat some GOOD food in a nice place beforehand.

Most of the girls are sitting in the smoking room (like at most bordellos around the world, smoking seems to be one of the biggest hobbies for the girls) which is the upper bar and the only bar that serves alcohol.

The action on this Monday night was slightly slow, girls approached now and then, but they were more business-like when I compare to comparable places in Thailand, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, Spain etc
