GT girls are less rushed. GT management closely monitors the girls. If girls are seen constantly doing sub 15 minute rooms, they will be taken aside. At Sharks, or most bigger clubs, management isn't in the WG's affairs. So once they find out the customer only wants to pay 50, they can do a 3-5 minute BBBJ. The problem is that, fundamentally, The girl's service in most of bigger clubs except GT and LR is not one of criteria to decide whether the girl is allowed to work there. GT has its problem. Because of too many punters at any given day, the girl starts to choose how good (or bad) service she is going to provide to that particular punter since I think GT's management would only look at girl's statistics. For example, the girl made 200 rooms in a month and received one complaint, so percentage of complaint is 0. 5% (1/200), so even the girl got complaint, but statistically it was not bad. GT's management must have the threshold of percentage of complaint over which the girl will be fired. Non-german-and-dutch speaking punters are less likely to complain to the management because many of them are tourists. The girls sometimes know that and took chance to provide bad service to them. Even if those tourists made complaint, the girls knew that statistically they were OK and would not be fired.

LR has different problem. It is very difficult to find Romanian girls providing good service and most of Romanian (and other countries') good-looking girls tend to provide bad service which doesn't satisfy LR's service requirement. So LR has to end up with very few good-looking girls. On the bright side, it becomes very good club for punters and newbies who seek GFE with LESS CHALLENGE because of the girls' good service.
