Do it! If I were to invest in a sauna club, I would choose a location that at the very least is easy to get to by train. LR benefited from the S-bahn being a few minutes away, and during big conventions and busy Messe events, loads of customers would show up.

Bruggen license is now on Oceans building and from 11 am to 11 pm, but you can try to buy it. I don't plan to buy a brothel license when I see average girls looks. At Globe for 130/30, a less than 150, not slim, silicon and not even pretty face, when less than 5% are a bit attractive for me. For only 25000, I prefer to build my unique rocket on wheels. According to the report I read few years ago, Artemis costed 5 point something million euro to build, but that was about 15 years ago when artemis was built!

GT is much smaller in size than artemins, so 5 million euro is enough including license, building, staffs etc, but you are walking into very legal, but very grey world of brothel business LOL!

From my experience the vast majority of working girls in SE Asia outside of Vietnam have pretty good basic English skills.

Those of us who visit Latin America often have made an effort to learn their language well enough to not need google translate. So conversation and a personal connection is possible. And the girls in LA treat you like they expect (or at least hope) they will see you more than once. Also I think it's just more in their nature or culture to make more of a personal connection.

Although I still like visiting the FKKs occasionally it's certainly the most "mechanical" experience I have versus other places in the world. But it's the only place I know of where girls are getting fucked by several different guys every day they work so it only makes sense they would be sort of cold about it.

From my experience, Vietnam was the most consistently mechanical service I received in the entire world. FKKs has given some of the best and also some dead fish but highest optics. Latin America generally good service but optics are pretty mediocre.

I had sweet GFE room with so fresh Hungarian Mersi at Sharks. She didn't speak English but German I don t speak, so no words, just eyes, smiles, hands, caresses, for very interesting experience.
