Even in the summer, the outdoor area turns into a sea of white bathrobes and the male-female ratio (and associated waiting times for a room key!) IMHO are even worse.

IMHO the main problems at GT are;.

1) they are not allowed to expand, leading to long waiting times during the weekend.

2) they allow the good looking girls to basically work as an escort within the club. For this privilege these girls upsell you a minimum of 1,5-2 hours and then they almost exclusively can only be booked by WhatsApp. These girls only theoretically 'work' in GT but they almost never sit in the main lounge and are usually not bookable and unapproachable, except on a slow day. You only see them in the main room when they walk to-from a room with a customer in tow.

3) they have no limit on the amount of men they let in, even handing out clothing bags if they run out of lockers.

GT angst is alive and prevalent but the superstars are available if you really want them. I will admit that having to interject and taking a ticket happens often.

Those who brag about not having to wait, I suggest them seeing if they have the same experience when they enter the club at 7 pm rather than 2 pm when it is not busy. It is funny to see mongers who "do not have to wait" stalking WGs near high traffic areas and watching girls taking alternative routes when possible, LOL.

The upsell is definitely lower than in Hessen with girls asking for 1 hour being the only upsell. 1.5-2 hour upsell is pretty rare.

2) I'm guilty of having numbers of women and making sure they will be present when I visit. Never was it on condition of a minimum length of session. Not saying extended stays aren't happening, and it sucks when I'm told by a lady that she is booked for 8 hours and can't go to the room before, but I can't blame her for earning money.

3) I agree that the club should limit the number of men. There is a point when they should consider the men in the club instead of just thinking of the profits. I hate the clothing bags and won't stay if that is the option I'm given.

Maybe we don't visit same GT Bruggen, only to avoid for me for party, or maybe I m the fastest hunter, or prettiest girls really love me. No upselling experienced, no need to run after girls, not so crowded than urban legends.

I'm not a fan of GT in the Winter as it gets too smoky for my liking in the main room.....

A lot of people read this board and think that GT is some sort of 'promised land' and then can be quite disappointed when they get there, so depending on how long you are planning to be in DUS, I would probably give GT a miss until the Summer when more women generally start to appear and you can enjoy the outdoor area....

Usually better casting and less crowded on Friday than Saturday at GT. I never noticed your Bella and didn't see Joana. NL on Friday or Saturday, but I left early on both days. I saw her once at YY I think. You should find pornstar looks at GT.

On NL border in Roermond, close to GT, you have Yin Yang. Entry 50 before 2 pm. Closed at 1 pm. Good foods, casting can be good on Friday and Saturday, slow on Sunday.

Also 6 ens on NL border, close to Aachen, entry 40 before 2 pm. Average casting.

Also PHG and Villa Vertigo not far from NL border. Entry 35 at VV before 1 pm but slow until 7 pm.

YY Roermond on NL border, close to GT, close at 1 am every day. Opening at 11 am every day like GT and LR.

For me, best garden in Summer for sex in NRW, is Villa Vertigo. Just have to find the girl. Anaïs. Ro was pretty but started after 7 pm. Superb but not kissing, Sierra. Ro ex Oceans was at VV on last Summer. Iva. Ro is now at GT or LR, I wish her to stay at GT she prefers rather than Turkish LR nights, as she says.

I agree with renting a car or taking a taxi the last part of the trip. I would hate to be ready for the ladies and have to wait for more than 15 minutes to be on the move. Concerning Oceans vs GT, you will see in my recent post I ask why the bears file in to GT in such large groups with bad male to female ratios when there are so many other clubs available. That said, I respect the attitude and honesty of the reception staff at GT above Oceans and I have had better dealings with the ladies at GT as well. For me GT has been a great summer club and Oceans offers a nice alternative to a hotel if you have an early next day flight from Dusseldorf. Even then LR stays open until 4 am so it can serve as your pre-check in Business Lounge.

For the purposes of getting to Golden Time, I know to get the train to Kaldenkirchen and either take a taxi or the 074 bus to Tierpark.

Does anyone know how often the 074 bus comes? I found this:

I haven't taken the bus to GT and if you are travelling from Dusseldorf it is really worth renting a car even if it is only for 1 day to visit GT. If you want to go via public transport then a taxi from Kaldenkirchen would be best as it is only about 5 miles or so. The timetable you have linked to shows that on Workdays (Werktag) the bus goes at 48 minutes past the hour between 5 am and 9 pm, on Saturday's (Samstag) it goes as 12 minutes past the hour between 8 am and 9 pm and on Sunday's (Sonntag) it goes as 38 minutes past the hour every 2 hours between 11 am and 9 pm.

I don't know how much it will cost but it won't be expensive (prob less than 5 euros) and you don't have to worry about having the right money. So long as you don't give the bus driver a 50 euro note you will be ok.

Bella is a little German 5'1" cutie-pie, with a devilish smile and mischievous attitude. She wormed her way into my heart last trip. Her and the little blond Dutch girl Joanna with A-Cups (who I like to refer to as Heidi) were the highlights of my trip last year. In fact, this weekend I will visit just to see Bella. I understand she has got some new fun bags installed which I would like to take for a test drive. Sounds like I had better make a reservation?

I ran into a RO 5'0" Brunette spinner at Sharks who used to work at GTs. She loved the club but is now living in Frankfurt and she is intimidated by the competition. We were both discussing how much we liked the facilities and the atmosphere but come to think of it, it was crowded with Bears last year at this time and in fact I had to return the next day (Saturday) in order to have Bella and Joanna.

BTW. I am looking for some plan be options. I have to drive over from Brussels Friday PM and I will stay just across the border in the Netherlands. I plan to hit GTs at least Saturday AM and probably the LR in the PM. I am looking for options on the way and maybe Sunday on PM on my way back to Belgium. I have now visited GTs, Sharks, Oase, World, and LR. I would like to get some new experiences and I promise to report back here (for better or for worse ).

I went to the club again today to meet a friend who wanted to try again. We showed up at 10:45 with the thought of being first in. As it turned out we were about 12th in line when the club opened at 11 am and there was a line of about 10 more waiting behind us. Once inside we got a coffee and went to the next line in the food tent. After a nice breakfast we returned to the bar to observe the parade. I had a repeat session with a woman I met and enjoyed in February. Not sure if it was my high expectations or a decline in her services but I left disappointed. At 2 pm a survey of the club revealed a ratio of about 10 bears per each woman. A chat with a couple ladies revealed their frustration too. The bears wanted more women and the women wanted some horny bears. With this ratio the decision was made to jump to LR where we expected better results. At LR I felt more appreciated. I really don't understand why the bears try to feast at this club. I like the garden in the summer but as a winter club it lacks some appeal.
