This isn't about Oase so better to discuss it in the GT or General threads. However one short note from me is that the German authorities likely are pragmatic when it comes to these establishments. Everyone knows or suspect they are not fully compliant with all rules and regulations but some things are clearly less important than others. The rights of foreigners to visit brothels would be one of those less important rules and regulations.

As you write, the diffulty is in the proof. For instance in NL, when there is any sucpispion of this, they would send in an undercover agent with a darker skin, and see if he gets in. If not, and it happens few times, the joint can close down. What does the German Police do to prevent this if there is any suspicion?

The fact that also the people accept it, and nobody sends a message about this to the authorities says a lot.

So, besides the proof, what do you think must be done with clubs who clearly have this discriminatory policy? Leave it until proof is there? Try to find proof? Ignore it?

Shut down? Why? Because they make use of their "Hausrecht" and deny entry to some people? How would you prove this is because of race and discriminating? How would this be proven in any other country? This was discussed before, but any disco will be selective with who they let in, based on clothing, how drunk you are, if you are a "fit" for this kind of club and audience, if you are a group of males it may be difficult to get in. I guess this is the case all around the globe. In Japan you will be denied entry to certain clubs, discos just because you are not Japanese. And it will be hard for you to dress up like one. LOL.

I am not saying that GT does not discriminate, I am just saying that this is not a situation occurring only in Germany but in every other country.

Only the Management of the club knows if they don't say it, the reason to deny entry to someone it could be for race, colour, ethnicity anything. How is anyone going to verify what they are saying and what they have in their mind is the same reason. One could be well dressed, not drunk, look pretty decent and still be denied an entry does that mean his appearance was not considered decent. No! This clearly points to some other reasons one of them and majorly being because of his race, ethnicity, colour etc. I guess being not allowed an entry normally in any part of the world is very different from if someone is denied an entry even if he appears pretty decent! Just my two cents!

Arrived at 12 pm and paid the 60 euro entrance.

Great weather and already quite busy for a Thursday. Relaxed and had some beers. A lessons learned story based on a mistake I made twice now, once in a Therma in Rio and once at GT.
