I was hoping to get information about another girl who is in constant demand. A latina named Leticia. I've heard that she is not often there and that she's hard to get because she has mainly repeat customers and makes appointments in advance. Did anybody have a session with her?

If you haven't been to GT for some time, then I could see how you'd feel like a boy in a candy store. More power for your enjoyment. But for yours truly who lives within driving distance of the club, fresh, new talent is the name of the game.

So who are these 'real stunners' or those 'young, lithe bodies'?

You make alot of presumptions. I know plenty of girls that show up after 7 and leave at closing at 1. Six hours is not alot of time to make money-expecially if there are waits for rooms. A full club does not translate into alot of money. Long waits for rooms (sometimes an hour or more). Plus, one of the common complaints of girls is that the guys only come to drink and do not session. I do not know how long you have been going to the club, but the quality of girls is much less than in the past.

Presumptions or not, let's just say I go to GT often enough to know when not to go based on various sources, Marina / Tatiana and girls working there. Regarding rules for girls' working hours, I suggest you read my initial response again or what Breadman has already pointed out. It's true that girls have been complaining that guys are there to drink rather than fuck but that's a common complaint also heard at other clubs such as Samya and Oase. Girls often like to complain but it's also a fact that GT can look like a gay bar as the evening progresses with sometimes not a single girl in the main bar room. This, plus the fact that there is low turnover of new, fresh talent are what's keeping me away from GT now.

As far as I know entrance and lodging at GT is far cheaper for the girls than it is at Palace, Oase or World. Don't know what they pay exactly, but a girl at World told me that they have to pay 80€ entrance instead of 65€ since last week.

Six hours is not alot of time to make money-expecially if there are waits for rooms. A full club does not translate into alot of money. Long waits for rooms (sometimes an hour or more).

Most girls put in a 10 hour shift to cover these wait times, a girl working 6 hours should expect to make 60% of what the girl working 10 hours makes.

Plus, one of the common complaints of girls is that the guys only come to drink and do not session.

Good thing about the guys who just drink is they don't add to the room wait time. Also possible many guys don't take girls to the room who charge 50/50.

Talent moves on to where the guys are going and vice versa. Lineup drops, so does the guys spending. It also has to do with location, GT is positioned along the border so the guys can drive across. Girls have to be driven to and from the club, being farther away from the cities makes it harder to get enough new talent (at least it would seem). And we all have to admit, clubs don't always stay on top. Not enough area to expand, competition, changing lineup, all these can bring down a club.

Huh? I don't think you know GT too well. GT has specific house rules regarding working hours for the girls. If girls show up before opening hours (11AM or 1PM on Sundays) then they are allowed to leave at ca. 8pm. If girls show up after opening hours, whether 2PM or 6PM, then they must stay until closing. Girls don't just choose to work 'just a few hours' like you said.

As for the weak lineup, there are several reasons but "earning less" is definitely not one of them. If anything, GT has a problem that most other clubs with the exception of Oase can only hope they have-overpopulation of customers. The weak lineup is a reflection of the low turnover at the club. Mgmt, or more specifically, Marina is very selective on the type of girls they will allow to work at GT. There is no shortage of girls who want to work at GT. As for those girls who leave GT, they do so for a number of reasons including events in their personal lives, violation of house rules, no longer wanting to deal with the pressure cooker or sometimes factory-like atmosphere there.

GT get alot of local girls who just come in a few times or even work just a few hours in a day. So, they want to earn as much as possible. Since they are not there that often, they are usually in demand. It is my opinion that the weak lineup is because the girls are earning less and the better girls have left for more fertile grounds.

I am not going to mention the name, but I will say she is German. Yes, her service is worth it, and I have been with her before. I do not mind paying a girl what I think is fair if she provides good service. What I will not do is pay more just because a girl wants more. Yes, we would all like to pay less, but at some point, the best providers will leave. GT get alot of local girls who just come in a few times or even work just a few hours in a day. I would rather pay 25E more to a honest provider than be cheated by the 35 minute clock watcher.

Breadman. Agree. Most girls would rather have repeat customers. This often leads to the girl being more relaxed about the timing (no clockwatching). Interestingly (judging only by personal experience) regular customers are the most likely to give tips etc. Tips for one off sessions don't seem very sensible generally

I normally go with the standard pricing, but in a particular instance the girl honestly admitted that she could make 50 by going with someone else and did not want to stay for an hour. (She is someone constantly in demand). So, I agreed to pay an extra 50 for the hour with a promise for standard pricing the next time when things are slower.

I don't think the answer is so cut and dry. Most girls can not demand 50/50, but a few can and it really ruins the session when you want to do an hour, but can only get 30 in. The bottom line is you can refuse but it won't do you any good if there is a line waiting for a particular girl. Simple law of supply and demand. That being said, I hope clubs don't become like Palace where you can't get a decent session without paying 100.

- A club is not a market place. That is a level higher, I mean, I can decide to go to a Flatrate Club, PT or Saunaclub. But once I enter a Club prices should be fixed (although yes girls formally work independent, but there are informal club rules).

- GT does not want or allow grirls asking for 50/50. Why should we then?

- Especially with a line waiting suppose a girl has a key and would walk around asking how much you want to pay for 30m or 60m? Maybe some men are then willing to pay 100E for 30m without waiting but that is totally unwanted.

- A girl can be good or bad but you always pay the same. That is how it works in a club. Good girls will make more rooms one can expect but cannot ask more money (as in other market places). Suppose Lisa has 3 fans waiting and would then say "60 min, start offer is already 150E, who pays more?". Not wanted, as said a club is not a free market place.

When your in a specific club, you should play by their rules. Would you want tourists to show up to your favorite watering hole and increase prices?

Not sure where you pulled this out of but if you look back 4 years GT had a strict 50/25 policy and had no problems whatsoever.

I've never tipped a girl but I will repeat several times with her if everything is top notch. I think a girl would rather have a repeat customer than one who throws in a tip.
