Henio's response is exactly correct.

Etap hotels have 24 hour entry via an automated ticketing machine where if you have booked in advanced or booking on walking up you can pay by credit card including American Express. Etap hotel reception are only manned at certain hours.

As Henio says Emma at World is known as Anna with glasses at Golden Time. The Emma that I booked for the room at Golden Time was a different Romanian and I would call her average build as opposed to slim build. Just my take on it.

Emma / Anna did work at World for 2 weeks a couple of months back but has come back to Golden Time as her main venue of work. As far as I know, Emma / Anna always wears glasses.
