On 2022, I found a top level without silicon at Gold for 80/6 . Found also a wow level German without silicon in deep Rhur. I just work for this. Also some good girls at 6 for 110/60 and ex GT girls who moved there are really not the prettiest.

If you mean service expectations, only small clubs with line ups of 10-15 will match GT's standards, Clubs like Rheingold and Venus. But optics are very hit and miss so options are limited.

As for amenities and line up optics and size, SixSens is the closest you will find to GT. But don't expect the same universal service level as GT.
