Saturday, 10 February: The GT-LR Express: Part II

Hidy again,

Irena (lovely Empfangsdame at GT) called ahead and arranged my nice reception and free entrance at Living Room. Getting to LR was quite simple: A quick jaunt on the A52 to the A57, take the first exit “Holzbüttgen” on the A57 going toward Neuss, at the end of the exit take a left and an immediate right (across from the McDonalds and KFC) onto the “Siemensstrasse”, go to the “Bruchweg” and take right, and after approx. 50 meters the “August-Thyssen-Str” is on the left.
(For my girlie-man buddies who live and die by the GPS, just ignore my directions ;-))))

It is about a 30 km distance between the two clubs and a pretty quick ride in the evening when all of the traffic is gone. Also, for those still carrying a little appetite and with little regards for health food, the KFC and Micky Ds make attractive dining possibilities.

Also important to note: There are a few other sex-joints on the Bruchweg. These are good navigational points of reference but one should not confuse them for LR. One can use the neon-red heart at night as a guide for where the August-Thyssen-Str. is.

I was greeted at the door by a especially nice lady who new my name, and was clearly expecting me. She gave me my robe, wrist-key and her wishes for a wonderful evening. She also called over Sonja (one of my first GT sessions) to show me to my locker.

The changing rooms (note the plural) are downstairs and there are two sets of showers. Everything is well lit and spotless. The locker system is just like that at GT but with more room. Also there is none of that “time-controlled” shower nonsense. There is a towel in each locker and there are more to be found near the downstairs joy-rooms and near the sauna/steam-room/whirlpool/relax/massage area. There is a door to the outdoor area which has lounge-chairs and another sauna and looks like a great place to relax when the weather is more accommodating.

After changing, showering and surveying the downstairs area, I headed upstairs to eyeball the layout. At the top of the stairs there is a Kino to the left which is not as spacious or well designed as the ones at World, Oase, Palace or Flamingo Island. I think it is even a little smaller than GT’s but still a good place for public nookie. Actually there was quite a bit of action going on in the Kino that night.

To the right of the stairs is the entrance to the bar and couch area. The bar is a long one and leads to two stylish areas (one at the end of the bar and a rather large one across from it) were the sofas and another doorway to the outdoor areas is. More rooms are located in an area behind the bar.

On to the ladies!!! LR has gotten mixed reports on the lady-factor. Not so much in terms of quality, but in terms of quantity. It could be that it was the result of it being a weekend night or a number of other reasons, but I estimate that 25-30 girls were present and quite a few were top-notch lookers. Some of the Romanian crowd had followed me there along with a few others that I had seen at GT earlier that day. Romina saw me and began toying with me and a few of my essential appendages. This time I ran after her and returned the favor.

A few familiar faces from earlier GT and PHG visits were present as well as quite a few new faces that were attractive, yet unknown to me. Routard, Ganjim and a few other board-guys were there and pointed out a few ladies that that looked very appealing. A Svetlana who is quite popular on the Rheinforum was present. Monique, a lively, cute and humorous blonde whom I know from GT was there, and was trying to appeal to my sense of nostalgia. One tall, lovely blonde who I was immediately drawn to, but was occupied the whole time, is a reason alone for me to get back to this place.

I made eyes with a slightly older, dark-haired vixen named Sammie (no Guys, not the long lost legend from PHG) and her lively smile and demeanor had me hooked. She took me to a room downstairs close to one of the slower areas and with only a stringed curtain for a door. Nice room, and I don’t really have a problem with shyness anymore so I was game.

Now SAMMIE may be a good session and I WAS having a good time through the BBBJ and Cowgirl motions, but something happened during the change to missionary that put me off and I had to fake a finish. I will save the girl the embarrassment of elaborating, but for those in the know will remember the story of Mike D., Fred, Dedalus and Mike D’s finger……. ‘Nuff said!

I was pretty much done after that session but help out hope of making Romina pays for her torments. It would not come to pass for a few reasons, not the least of which is the girl’s popularity, but she will get hers in the end 

I spent the rest of the evening gabbing with girls and with the present board members, as well as making a few mental comparisons of the two clubs:

Facilities: LR wins hand down on this point. GT might be more competitive in the spring and summer months due to its huge outdoor area, but the indoor design of Living Room is superior, even with Golden Times’ spacious indoor rooms. The room situation at LR seems to totally slam-dunk GT’s. No waits that I noticed. LR is also much better ventilated than GT.

Food: Can’t comment as I missed the meal service at LR, but their culinary reputation is quite good. Personally, I have always enjoyed GT’s meals despite the negative critiques that they receive.

Location: LR is easy to find, easy to get to, near KFC and MD’s and a few gas stations and not far from a train stop in Kaarst. Also there is a reasonably priced hotel practically next door. It is also a 10 to 15 min. drive (traffic permitting) to the Etap in Willich that many mongers use as a base when hitting the Golden Triangle. It is in a quasi “Industriegebiet” vicinity so the outdoor grounds are smaller and less green than at GT (or World and Oase). It is somewhat similar to the set up and location that Atlantis had when it was open. I suspect that a daytime summer visit to GT and a nighttime run to LR might be preferable than visa versa.

Staff: LR is spotless although I saw few cleaning personnel. I still think that the guys who look after GT are the best there is. They work hard and keep the place constantly spotless. Both bar staffs and entrance managers are tremendous; and rather attractive, too!!

Girls: I have to give GT the higher marks here, but this is totally subjective and should not take away from the quality of ladies at LR. There are definitely enough darlings at Living Room to keep any Gent busy and happy. Also quite a few girls work both places; some on the same evening, as I discovered. I did notice that the majority of the LR girls circulate throughout the entire place (Bar, Sauna Area, Kino) whereas GT seems to have its Kino girls, its barstool girls and its sofa girls. There are advantages to both club’s “mentalities” and it depends on what a man wants.

The Golden Triangle is alive and well, folks. I missed PHG on this NRW run, but I will ride the GT-LR express again soon.

I spent 4 hours in this club last Thursday 25th Jan, and I wish it could have been longer. This is definitely the best-run club I have ever been in, and it is sooo clean. An operating theatre would hardly be any cleaner. I loved lots of things here:

Summary: Great club, really nothing to complain about. Women are not up to Frankfurt best in terms of looks, but still pretty hot. Also they could do with more blondes. I am looking forward to returning.

I am planning to spend a "daytime" (from 12 to closing) in an FKK in the Dusseldorf/Koln area...
In your opinion, between GT or Livingroom, which club offers the best entertaining among sessions?
In summer, I would definitely say GT, because of the garden... but in case of bad weather, or in winter? which club offers the best structure (apart from the girls...)?

When I am in the area I usually stay at the Hotel Ramshof Willich-Neersen. Just improved recently the restaurant and the food is now good as well. Very quiet and convinient place. www.landgut-ramshof.de
