I created a profile just to be able to post this info.

About two months ago, there was a management change at LR.

One of the old managers quit in June. Unclear as to why.

He was very well liked by all the girls. He'd let them pretty much do whatever they wanted; come in late, leave early, protecting them in disputes with clients etc. The fair management attracted quality girls from other clubs. When asked (by me) why they were choosing LR over other clubs, the answers from the girls have always been the same for the last 5 years: the Club treats them well. The increasing number of girls present has led to more clients and higher service levels. All in all a positive thing for everyone.

Two months ago, one of the nice managers was replaced by a new guy. Things start to change: girls are no longer allowed the same freedom as before. In one case, a girl who didn't have any clients on one specific night wanted to leave early but wasn't allowed to. The reason given to her was the she had been allowed in for free because it was her first time at the club and should therefore stay until closing. She offered to pay her normal entrance fee just so that they would let her leave. Instead she was forced to sleep at the club and work the next day as well, in addition to paying 50 Eur fee for staying the night. (Where I come from, this unlawful imprisonment and demand for ransom would lead to jail time!

About 10 days ago there was a fallout between some of the girls and the new manager. Without going into detail, this has put fuel on the mass exodus from the club. Girls, fed up with the situation, have "gone on vacation", meaning they left and are now scattered among other clubs. About 10 girls, all who I remember being good providers and long time present at LR, were missing this week compared to earlier this year.

I predict that most, if not all, of the long term stars at LR will soon also "go on vacation", and you will find them pop up in other clubs in the area. The quality of the lineup will decrease and the club will struggle to recruit new talent. Number of visitors will rapidly decrease. Personally I feel sad since this has been a fantastic venue the last 5 years. Unfortunately, I am not able to answer any follow up questions to this report, but I would appreciate if any of the forum members would try to corroborate my observations. When it comes to LR, I am out and will not return until things have changed back to normal. RIP LR.

I can second this comment. A couple girls told me they HATE this new manager specially the policy of having to stay til closing. I feel bad for them when I was there. There were no business or enough customers for them but they were forced to just sit around until 4 am.

Went to Living Room today. Supposed to be my first time at a FKK. Hugely disappointed with their behavior. I came around noon. Just before me I saw 2 guys go in. However when I rang the doorbell, a blond woman denied me entrance.

She said it was not possible today. I think it was racial profiling. I am of Indian origin, but born and raised in Sweden. I could see she didn't like the look of me. I was wearing a suit, the two guys who went just before me had shorts and t-shirt.

It was a Sunday? The good manager Monica is not present on Sundays. So you were judged by a junior admin girl who probably should not have been at the desk and who greatly exceeded her authority in my opinion.

It's horrible to hear things like this happen. No one is a greater fan of LR than me (it's much better than Dolce Vita). But saunaclubs' bid to be seen as respectable businesses takes a real slap in the face whenever suspicions of racism arise. I don't have a problem with clubs denying entrance to known troublemakers, but if they don't know you how can they possibly judge you? No one is that brilliantly prescient, certainly not a girl in her twenties of restricted education.

I doubt that it was to humiliate her in public. They looked to be in heat of the moment, and yes, it's something that could have been handled differently, and at least not in public view.

Some clubs, I really don't notice these particular manager types. H7 and LR happens to be the more obvious ones lately with a male managers that works with the girls. It's due to them being publically noticeable.

The thing is, this incident happened out in the open. I don't get into discussions about management with girls, so basing this off of what I've witnessed. Who knows what goes behind the covers at other places.

Oase is the club I noticed women of similar position. Gaby was one, looked like serious business, worked the reception, and you see her walking around observing the girls. There is a different lady there working the same position now.

Sometimes, it's about clientele also. I've met a girl that told me she moved to LR due to undesirable clientele types at Magnum. I've heard this from many girls. Magnum is the club I run into several girls complaining about the clientele.

On a discussion with a girl at GT, she told me that she prefers ex-prostitutes as management as they see them differently than who was never. Ex-prostitutes should have a better understanding of the girls because they have had the same experiences.

WTF. That sounds really bad. I always thought girls can be there without being punished. So when did this all change? I really like LR and would like to go there again but if the girls don't enjoy to work there anymore then it's a different story.

On one of my visits there was a friction with a girl. He told her, pack her bags if she is not there to work.

Noticed the new manager who I believe is operations guy. H7 had somebody of the same position who works with the girls.

Similar "operations managers" have several times in the past been inflicted on the girls at World, each time causing a collapse in LU quality, only recovering partially after the "operations" person left. As Sirioja says, management needs to understand that if they make girls' lives a misery the club will decline. Not saying an Operations Manager is a bad idea, but that experience indicates that these people have zero people skills. As always, time will tell for LR.

Some of the girls you mention are leaving shortly. IMHO, it is sad. It used to be a nice club. Now the mgmt f-up is creating a bad karma.

Last week, you could feel it. Let's see how it turns out, but I do believe that loosing the long time stars will have a severe negative affect on the lineup and the service level.

O, I'm not trying to dispute that. The line up was kind of bad last week (and from what I hear this week as well). I know Daniel can be a ***** towards the girls, I just hadn't heard anyone about it.

I did not argue, or say anything. It was very clear she didn't want me there. So I left disappointed. I went to Dolce Vita instead, and I noticed the same kind of hesitation. I went there before 2 pm and it was supposed to be 40 euro entrance. The guy before me and after me paid 40 euro. The latter also being a first time visitor. However she requested 65 euro from me. It did annoy me but I didn't complain. Is this an issue among FKK? Met several Turkish people, and they didn't have any problems.

I know in Thailand that this is an issue. Apparently people people from India are trouble makers and cheap. I have always issues at massage parlors that I have to pay in advance. Then after a few times and proper tipping, I no longer have that type of problem.

Long time girls like Krina, Linda, Landiana, Bonny and Kacey were present.

I am trying hard not to out any of the girls, but the fact is that more than a few have left the building.

Over the past few weeks there were some slow days at LR where there were few girls around and the ones that remained did not seek business but would just sit around in small groups complaining about how mean men are. I thought it was just that a lot of the better girls were on summer vacation.

One of the cleverer girls did start to complain to me about the new manager. However, it was hard to sympathize because she seemed to believe that girls should have the right to deliver bad service to customers based on whatever whim. That's not a sustainable model.

On Friday, I noticed LR had brought in a number of new high-quality girls, and some high-class regulars were back. There was a good atmosphere with both groups. Girls that are willing to chat and have an open-minded, unprejudiced attitude to sex -- that's all a club needs to succeed, and LR has it. I would say reports of LR's death have been greatly exaggerated.

I wish LR will stay high level for girls services, the best for GFE services in NRW for me, better than its big brother GT. Just not the best for casting.

Management, like at World, should understand girls make come clients, not the club. If one of my girl change club, I will follow, I do even at expensive Globe.
