When mostly companies around, Saskia Farrell and private with heart on wall, no more heart, problem was not neighbors but mayor who doesn't want brothels in Kaarst, controls were being sent many times at LR. Same like about YY. No more heart, but still Living Room written despite works, but can become shisha lounge, like Oase lounge. Not in Kaarst, but made my Saturday 2 October with a exceptional climbing of a legend: Mortirolo from Mazzo Valtellina.

I don't know who bought but if I bought for something else, first thing I would do is to put off past brothel name. Very different in front. Good luck with Kaarst administration. Not much more than 10 rooms at the end, when I remember waiting for more than 1 h30 with my weekly regular on a Thursday evening on end of March 2017 when still 2 rooms upstairs and all rooms downstairs.
