I would not walk Germany at night. It is badly lit industrial area. There are lots of large aggressive people there. Safer just to cab. I have walked once and was almost attacked by a homeless man. German is not that safe as they say. Some areas are SCARY.

The Industrial area where Samya is located is perfectly safe to walk at night. And 90% of the clubs are located away from large urban centers. That being said, I've walked in downtown Frankfurt and never felt threatened but I'd never consider these area's to be crime free. You have to be a complete noob to think you can walk down any dark street without running into trouble on one of those walks. Just keep your wits about you and keep an eye on your surroundings.

1 you always pay in cash.

2 It is safe. I have walked many times to public transport and never felt unsafe. The area were Samya is located is a industrial area. People at the station are from the area on the other side of the railway station were a lot of house are located.

3 Last train go 00.48 on week days and all night at weekends (every 26 min).
