You did not misinterpret the original offer but the offer was changed! They want to prevent queeing therefore better to call in advance.

Some will be in a hurry, or just don't care about money. But I'm sure many others will happily wait a little while for a 15€-25€ saving. I remember that at the time the current price system was in force, there was a surge in arrival frequency just before12:00 (to benefit from happy hour) , I think that would be a good time to try the grouping. Wonder if its a free entry on one's birthday and 'up to' 10 friends get half off entry price? That's the normal deal (ie Samya). They'd want to limit the people paying half price, not try to have a group of eleven people show up.

Since yesterday, the old (valid until a couple of years ago) entry price structure holds again, and entry fee is as follows:

10:00-12:00: €30 (it used to be €40)

12:00-21:00: €50 (it used to be €40)

After 21:00: €30 (this price is unchanged)

Furthermore:

- every day 5 lockers are fitted with a free entry card, as soon as you open your locker you know if you're a lucky guy;

- every customer who on its birthday enters the venue with 10 friends, has free entry, and his 10 friends pay only half of the regular (according to entry hour) price;

- on Friday and Saturday from 20:00 onwards a DJ will play the music (I doubt that the typical F39 customer will like this change, but the place is depleted from service providers at this time, so who cares really?)

Had my first visit to this club with some German friends who have visited for a long time. It's a different set up and feel than the NRW clubs I've visited. The club has a more neighborhood feel to it, and many of the girls do not speak English very well, or at all. It's a clean club, but it feels a little more worn and older. It doesn't have any outdoor area, but it does have a nice open, spread out feel to it.

I liked the concept of each girl having her own little sofa. It was pretty cool. Sofas all over the place with girls just waiting for you to sit down and talk. I confirm 1hr =50+50=100e. The reduced price for the second half hour (50+25 rule) doesn't seem to generally apply in Ruhrpott. For example, Acapulco in Velbert is 40+40. It's by any mean possible that you paid the so called NRW pricing, as it's finally up to the individual girl to decide how much to charge, but it's definitely not standard.

You can leave and come back in 1hr, eh? Well, with the normal stau on A40, 1hr is hardly enough unless you have business in Bochum itself, right?

Restrictive indeed, but still handy for short commitments, like making a phone call. Or walk to the nearest Sparkasse to drain your EC card (there's no ATM in the club) and finance an unaccounted for whim.
