Happens pretty much every year at this time. Since the club is in an area where brothels are not allowed anymore, it can still operate as it was already existing when the ban was issued. Once they close, it must be for good. Hence they probably cannot afford to offically announce the temporary closure they rather claim that the heating doesn't work (in summer it would rather be broken water pipes).
