I have been to this club a few times during July, August and September and have not reported yet, I have been really busy, so time to do it. I saw her there 2 times; she is probably not a regular at the club. First time she was a nice session but a bit lazy, complained about being tired, I had to do most of the work. Reading what I wrote above, it may seem a bit overrated because there are lots of “amazing”, “terrific”s , but that is FKK 39. I had just one bad experience there; all the others were very,very good. Did I mention this is one of my favorite clubs in German or am I repeating myself?

Food is the best of all clubs in my opinion, mainly breakfast, several types of bread and cheese. During my last visits it went down a bit.


As for the entrance control, I was told by several girls that every now and then customers are not allowed entrance, but this was more common in the past. Even very white Europeans sometimes were not allowed, I was told that once a group of guys from Finland were not allowed for no specific reason, and girls there really know about it, because generally it is one girl that is in charge of opening the door for customers, although as Radler reported here it changed during my last visits.

I was lucky and never had any problems to get in, and I do not speak German at all. At first the old lady at the counter never showed her teeth to me, but during my last visits she already knew I wanted a robe and not a towel, was smiling and friendly. Amazingly, once I got there at 12:05 and she charged me 30 euros, happy hour price. So I can not complain. In spite of that, every time I went there I had a plan B, another club to go just in case not being admitted. It never happened and now I do not think it will.

But is it worthy? Yes, it is, this is a simple club but with a very good line-up, both quality and quantity-I was told on a certain day in August there were 60 girls, there were not coaches enough, so it is not really a small club.

More details on Radler and Iseeu previous reports, I do recommend this club to you all. Just be cool while you are entering, if you are in a big group of non-German speakers, split and speak as less as possible.

We have to check the Gutachten or appraisal. Then check the Grundbuchbestellungsurkunde or mortgage certificate(s). Then the Grundbuchauszuege or extracts from the registry of deeds. Then we should obtain their historical Steuererklaerungen or tax declarations.

This is odd though because since they have the same owner as Artemis, does this mean that the Turkish dude is having financial difficulties and will Artemis follow soon?

Part of the Zwangsversteigerung process is that he has to provide a Selbstauskunft or personal financial statement (or statement of net worth) too. It would be interesting to get a behind the scenes look at the financial affairs of a club owner (though I've been told that there are usually several layers of silent owners standing in the background and appearances are not what one should go by).

I was at F39 on Monday through Wednesday. Something felt off right from the start. First, guests were not met at the door by one of the women, they were buzzed in and left to approach the desk unescorted.

Second, none of my A-list girls were present. No Sophie. In fact, the only Asian on Monday and Tuesday was a 40ish Thai woman.
