    Where to stay

I posted below and still having a hard time getting a sense for what I should book. Could someone give me advice? 4-6 weeks, willing to spend 4 k per month for lodging where I can work out of there, have guests freely and not just be at a hotel made for mongering. Would anyone have any recommendations on the area or specific links. Feel free to shoot me a message.

    Hotel with pool

    Hi guys,

Was wondering, if hotel Dan Carlton is completely girl friendly, I emailed hotel already with no response yet! I believe I read somewhere.

It is but can't find article that I read! Anyone that knows their policies would be appreciated, of course I'll book for two!

My budget is flexible (4 k / month for lodging) and was looking at places like this that look to be guest friendly just as a function of how they are set up to rent.

Anyone have experience with staying this long / have recs of places worth staying at?

Safety, walkable to gym / bars and the hot tub / workspace set up are priority for me.
In that area with your requirements, hot tub included, you will not find many under that price I suspect. At least I have never seen any. Looking at the pictures it may be a studio but it looks like the bedroom area can be closed off with the curtain. BUT you will want to confirm with the owner or whoever is the contact on the Airbnb that you can bring in guests, and how many. It may be attached to the owner's house, or whatever. Best confirm that before you put out your money because on Airbnb you will not get it back.

I was looking for places close to the Poblado area. How far away is too far away since I was looking for things in a small area.

    Lettera guest policy

Are you sure about the "No Guest Fees" part at Lettera? The hotel looks new and clean but when I inquired about their guest policy here is what I received (screenshots attached) looks like only 1 guest per day is allowed and no 2nd guest -.

"About the guest policy, the room you are booking is for 2 people which is the amount allowed inside the room, also you can receive all your visitors in our common areas. ".

"Normally it has to be the same person you register in the check in, but we can make the exception and allow you one different person per day (as long as they register in the reception with the original document). About the third person, as I told you the room is just for 2 people which is the maximum amount allowed inside the room. ".

You mean the Dann Carlton right? That was me asking. It looks like a very nice hotel. Anybody else have info on this hotel?

Here is the guest policy for Orange Suites.

To quote them - "Your reservation is for two people, during the day you can receive visitors until 9 pm, if after 9 pm there are 3 people in the apartment the third person will be charged."

See the screenshots of my communication with the team.

Book a room for two people or you have to pay for guests.
