I think it's a pretty decent price given the location, and the time I stayed there the noise was not a problem.
I guess if you are in one of the first 2 or 3 floors it could get noise. But is it at floor 9th, 10th and above?

I had to stay here a few days because my usual spot was taken. It's really nice place with 15 Floors you can go on the roof and chill on the patio. The only problem is that LOFT 43 is not monger friendly. They only allow guests between 8 am to 8 pm. When I say "guests" that is meant in the singular sense. You can have only one during the hours I mentioned.
The lobby is manned by women so don't think you'll get a dude to let you slip in some choices after hours with a nod and a wink. I just wanted to put that out there.

Posts: 85Nutribara and other hotel scams?
Talking to a guy yesterday about staying at Nutribara Hotel. He said he had 3 buddies who all left during the last week. Each guy had a problem with the hotel. The hotel saying they missed a days payment.
I had the same thing happen in Pereira which could be true.
But then something happened at Buena Vista Hotel in Bucaramanga. I stayed until they counted all the drinks, candy bars, and other stuff in the room. The next day I receive an email with a zip folder of an invoice. The email did not look legit so I did not open it. I emailed back I could not open it and to text me the problem. 36 hours no reply.
With all the stupid noobies coming over the scams seem to be rising. Please post anything that has happened to you or others you heard about.

Anyone looking for an AirBnB that is away from tourist areas and located in a safe area near El Centro. No problems with guests in these AirBnB apartments. And I have personally stayed in them. Hit me on the back channel for a referral for more information.

Posts: 13Airbnb or Hotel Recommendations in Poblado area
Does anyone have any hotel recommendations or airbnbs for 3 guys? We want separate rooms. Preferably with AC and in the poblado / park lleras area. Alotve the airbnbs in the area seem to not allow guests. Our budget is 5-600 USD for 4 nights.
Thanks ahead.

Posts: 156Any recommendations for a high rise airbnb in Laueles?
Looking for an apartment on a higher floor with nice views of Medellin mountains. Must have a reception in front. And very guest friendly. In Laureles but can consider Poblado as well as cost is below hundred bucks a night.
Something along the lines of San Peter minus the noise and the cost.
Do you know any airbnb in Laureles or Poblado that fits the bill? (Away from LA 70 of course).
