Posts: 1What's the best way to look for apartments? Seems like everyone says it's better to get an apartment in Medellin than to get a hotel, especially if you want to bring girls back to your place.
Hoping that it will be near Parque Lleras. I just want a place that's clean + safe + chica friendly, not necessarily a 5 star hotel.

Is there a difference between staying in Mansion 1 or Mansion 2? Is there one that's better than the other or not worth the stay? Also is it normal for the website to not be able to accept reservations? It appears you have to email your CC info.

Posts: 254Advise on Apartment mid January through February?
Heading down for my third trip, 6 weeks this time. Will spend the first four nights at the Mansion to hang with a bud in town and freshen up my Facebook list. After that want to apartment it.
Want something secure, decent, quiet and no hastles with bringing back Chicas. Many airbnb specifically say 'no prostitutes'. Love something close to a Metro but in a good location perhaps Laureles. Any suggestions?

Terra Biohotel, Calle 35 #64 A-92.
It appears to be a new construction, just a short ways from Luna Lunera. Looks like $50/ night for double occupancy with free breakfast. All the amenities plus air conditioning and free bicycle use if you feel like pedaling around the park.
You can find it on Booking.com or their website http://www.terrabiohotel.com.
Might be an alternative for some.

Myself and two friends will be headed to Medellin in March 2017. I have looked at apartments on airbnd vs staying in hotels. Any suggestions or thoughts. Are the apartments better for bringing chica's back?

I meet all my companion chicas on Facebook. Most of them are only available during the day because they are single mothers. Taxis are plentiful and cheap, so you should not be walking at night, except around Parque Lleras and on LA 70 in Laureles. Both are safe areas. You can go to strip clubs at night, but you have to pay a rather hefty fee to take the dancers out. They have rooms at the strip clubs, so you don't need to pay the take-out fee.

Posts: 6Newbie to Medellin- Hotel search
I'm looking for a girl friendly hotel that is within walking distance of Parque Lleras or the main red light district. My knowledge of Medellin is just what I have learned from reading this forum. Hoping to pay no more than 60 USD. Room requirements are: in room safe, hot water, double to queen sized bed, breakfast included, girl friendly, and air conditioned if possible. Would like a safe neighborhood and walking distance to areas that nay have freelancers, strip clubs or discos.
Thanks for any suggestions and tips.

Posts: 367Looking for a place in Poblado or Laurles for $500 for the month. Anyone got? Roommates are fine but prefer furniture place with no hassle and good wifi. I've been out here before. Let me know:
