Pattaya: Ladyboy in caustic soda attack on American who refused sexual services.

Police in Pattaya said they had arrested a Thai man who they said was a ladyboy (type two woman).

The Pattaya police site on Facebook said that Anupong, 34, approached an American man offering sexual services.

After the man turned down his advances Anupong threw caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) on his back injuring him.

Anupong appeared in a police photo in front of a blonde wig and underwear.

The attack occurred on Soi 6 off Beach Road.

Without the chair, raising up the head from this position can be slightly awkward or difficult for men, but can be done. Writer in that Thaivisa News article, is strange to refer to police arresting 2 men (Ladies of the 2nd type). Men is not really a sensible term to use for ladyboys. It just reads too incongruous. Thais would not use the equivalent "Phuu Chai" meaning males, if writing about the same incident. Thais would say two Gatoeys were arrested.

Many of the Japanese guys taking LBs in Bangkok seem to smart enough to use a ST Hotel, e. G. Asoke Place on Soi Asoke. Seem to be more LBs taken there than regular girls. Hopefully they don't take much valuables with them like gold etc.

I don't lock my valuables in a safe as I rarely take an unknown girl to my room, certainly not a LB, and that German guy taking 2 unknown LBs, was pushing his luck maybe. I don't have much valuables anyway. Have one new phone worth a few thousand baht and passport. Notebook computer too old and broken to be worth anything.

It was reported in the Bangkok post at the time due to the dead and drugged punters. The film prolly got the idea from the press of the time. In L.B. Pharmacy yesterday, a girl with high surgeries and high makeup had just exited. It was amusing to me that even the Thai shop assistants were debating whether was a real girl.
