Is this a girl or a ladyboy? How does she look?

I've been to Obsession and Straps many times (not always enjoyable though), and there's doubt that LBs do have a kind of unique voice that is different from real women.

I know you meant to write "No doubt". Unfortunately the forum automation seems to sometimes remove negative words from a sentence, if I am not mistaken. It happened to me too many times.

Voice is a dead give away for a good percentage of LBs. I don't agree that 100% of LBs have a non-girl voice, though. Some may have a very realistic voice. Sure a low percentage. Don't know if by operation or hormones. I find the LB walk to be less realistic than the voice in a certain percentage. Not sure if LBs can make a high pitched shriek like girls can do, and will it be at all realistic or not. I should test that some time if I find one that talks pretty much like a girl.

Of LBs I know well, I can't say any of them have a really realistic voice, but I don't know that many. Have met the odd realistic one in the distant past, where at first, I certainly had no suspicion. So voice must have been reasonably normal. Mostly, when we know we are talking to a LB, we don't pay too much attention to how realistic the voice is. Its is not going to change anything. Maybe a year ago met one LB hanging at cart bars Corner Sukhumvit and Asoke. Very hot curvy body. I was highly expecting her to be a ladyboy in the situation and with her exaggerated sexy walk (LOL), but was not 100% sure till she told me she was a LB and still had a dick. So her voice must have been O.K. All girls in that bar were LBs but other narby bars had a mix. My favourite Easybar had all girls except one.

Probably no one knows for sure if all 5 were ladyboys. Seems there is a good chance of it, since all seemed rather tall for starters. Its not proof but enough for suspicion. If we heard all 5 of them talk, it may convince us.

Syzygies and BB both know me for my weird optical preferences. Namely I am physically attracted to disproportionately big natural tits on thin girls. But I also focus on other features which I consider uniquely feminine to be attractive. Thin bone structure is at the top of the list. One strange quirk I have is disproportionately thin lower legs. Long thin calves with not much hint of musculature. Smaller circumferences at knee, ankle, and even the forefoot. Many East Indian, Middle Eastern women are attractive in this aspect.

Sorry if too far off-topic. But my guess is if a ladyboy or TG has saved up a certain amount of baht, she'd invest a large proportion on the face. My understanding is calf reduction surgery is only really common in Korea (I find East Asians to have among the most unattractive lower legs, aside from the Polynesians). But from what I read, this surgery means that the patient almost has to re-learn to walk.

I guess what you are saying is that size of muscles and joints could give a ladyboy away. This may not always be the case. Some LBs have been taking female hormones from a young age, and some are very skinny.

Some ladyboys have very nice natural tits (hormone induced) however I am yet to ever see a LB with "big" naturals, in your size range.

Have met a few spindly legged girls with good sized natural tits recently. One tall one knocked me back. Scared of farang dicks, and the other short one is on the maybe to do list. I can't tell how good her tits are with clothes on. I might have to ask to see them.

I think you are kidding!? A Transsexual who paid about 20-30 T USD for the operation, has changed everything! Speaks like a woman - has even inside the pussy a normal skin and a nice clit etc. If they start as jung as 15 years with hormone and then all the operations: for sure you will not identify her as a Transgender, except you are a doctor / professional doing this job!

Thanks for this. Good fun, but very tough to tell from stationary pic, so don't see their mannerisms and don't hear the voice.

My assessment from left.

1 Very obvious ladyboy.

2 Girl most likely? Not totally sure. 20% chance of LB.

3 Girl? Face rather hidden. Hard to be sure.

4 Who knows but ugly? Rather big. Good chance of LB 50%+.

5 Really can't be sure. However somewhat ladyboy like face. 80% chance LB.

Only 1 is total give away LB but others look suspicious. Only the middle one doesn't give me any suspicions but her hair hides the face so well, that who knows for sure. I would not take her with that horrible hair hiding the face (typical of Baccara bar having face mostly obstructed by hair).

Guys who arrogantly think they can always pick a ladyboy easily, can come unstuck quite easily. I really need to see the walk, the talk, and the mannerisms.

It's so obvious and easy to recognize a Ladyboy by his voice.

Plastic surgeries may make them look more feminine than real women, but they can't hide the unique pitch of their voices once they start talking.

It's easy to identify a man's voice pretending to be a woman's.

As mentioned voice is a good indicator re LB identification.

Also spoken of was the way they walk & height. Taking a shorter person makes it more likely it's not a LB.

Additionally their ID card will indicate their gender.

Most of the time, if you ask a person if they are a LB, the LB will tell you the truth. He might take it as a compliment that you even had to ask.

You could also check for an Adam's apple.

These methods aren't 100% proof for LB avoidance, but, then, in life what is? Death & taxes?
