The selection was poor but I decided to have a beer anyway and told the mesero I only wanted one beer, he provided that, I drank it and left after refusing a couple of fatties. On Tuesday I went in and went to the bar for a drink (to avoid the mesero's) I told the bartender I wanted only one beer but he still brings me two. I said "I only want one" and he says they only come two at a time. I piont out the prices on the board across the room which list prices for single drinks. I insist that I only wanted one and he is ticked off claiming he will have to pay for the other one. I remind him the second beer is not open so he can still sell it. As I am leaving, he is still claiming I am drinking the beer he paid for. Although he did have my two bucks for the beer. Next time, I'll make a quick pass through before sitting down or getting a beer. Unless I see something very interesting, I will not stay. The meseros are the worst anywhere!
You lost me. At TB the beers are always 2 x1, right? What did that sign say the price for a single beer was?

    Stupid bartender

Perfect ass, looks fake but everything is soft up close. She gives the best deep throat I've had in Tijuana, it's covered but still amazing. There's a difference between a BJ and a deep throat. She goes all the way down for as long as you please. I probably spent 3 hours with her, an arriba and about 5 drinks. She just gets it, she appears to actually enjoy her job and knows how to do it.
I too know her, old as dirt like they say but knows how to treat a man, a natural at it.

A few weeks back on a Monday evening at about 10 I found a short fake blond on the thinner side, I think she said 24 and was 2 months at BT, sinaloa of course, bought her a few beers and this girl was all over me, DFK right at the bar, I felt like "Tone-Loc and the song Funky Cold Medina" because when I got her into my room across the street at Cascadas it was full blown GFE, oh the memories of years gone by, now sing along to the FUNKY COLD MEDINA:

Cold coolin at a bar, and I'm lookin for some action.

But like Mike Jagger said, I can't get no satisfaction.

The girls are all around, but none of them want to get with me.

My threads are fresh and I'm lookin def, yo, what's up with L-o-see?

The girls is all jockin at the other end of the bar.

Havin drinks with some no-name chump, when they know that I'm the star.

So I got up and strolled over to the other side of the cantina.

I asked the guy, "Why you so fly?" he said, "Funky Cold Medina".

    Funky Cold Medina.

This brother told me a secret on how to get more chicks.

Put a little Medina in your glass, and the girls'll come real quick.

It's better than any alcohol or aphrodisiac.

A couple of sips of this love potion, and she'll be on your lap.

So I gave some to my dog when he began to beg.

Then he licked his bowl and he looked at me and did the wild thing on my leg.

He used to scratch and bite me, before he was much much meaner.

But now all the poodles run to my house for the Funky Cold Medina.

    You know what I'm sayin?

I got every dog in my neighborhood breakin down my door.

    I got Spuds McKenzie.

    Alex from Stroh's.

They won't leave my dog alone with that Medina, pal.

    The Tall Man.

    1. Always look at their name tag and number so you can identify who is trying to serve you. This makes it easier to point out the guy if something goes left.

    2. Always know the prices of the drinks, I always look at the prices listed at the bar before I sit down and always know what their exchange rate it for example 17 x1.

    3. When handing the money over, make sure that he shows you that he acknowledges the denomination you hand over. This way, he and you both know the exact what you handed over.

    4. When he comes back over with the drinks, make sure he hands you the change at the same time, if he says he will come back, make the gesture of saying ok but I use the two fingers from my eyes to him to say I will be watching.

5 a. When he hands you change, this is a trick they will use. Most gringos' that go in hate getting the change and rarely ever count the coins and most will waive it off as tips. Well, most I have seen the coins add up to almost 20 pesos or more. If your just planning to give a dollar, well you've given him more.

5 b. Always count the change in front of him and if it comes up short, put it down on the table. Do not put it in your pocket because now he can say you didn't count and maybe trying to act like an ass.

    Hopes this helps.
Good tips, I have even found that even with waiters in both BT and HK whom I have known for years, I would even consider them trusted, when I have a few too many they will try to take advantage of my inebriated state. Sad but true.

    TTM.

Deal directly with the bar tenders

I looks stupid to employ meseros when you are near the bar, and all they have to do is to walk a few steps to get them.

I always buy my drinks directly from bar tenders in HK, Adelita, Chicago, Tropical or wherever. And I never tip bar tenders as they work on salaries, not tips. They would not thank you for the tip, but looking at you like your are retarded to give them tips.

That way I don't waste my money on tips and don't have to haggle with meseros.

    Wombat Ed:

I do an end run around this problem by buying my drinks at the bar. Meseros may hate me, but I've never been ripped off.

Tropical and Hong Kong are owned by the same guy. How could meseros drugged and robbed you? Did you pass out in your room? The girls are more likely to spike your drinks and steal from you.

Tropical is a Mexican jungle while Hong Kong is a shining example of Western civilization.
I never go to Tropical to hang out. I find you must be very clear about showing the amount a cash you are giving and that you expect change. I will pick up what I consider hotties but never will I buy more than one dirink for a girl. If she is worth that, then she is worth taking to my room at Cascadas without wasting time. I have found the girls to be very noce but the meseros are something else! Sometimes I go in just to f. With them, but usually just to quickly find a girl who wants to have fun.

In my case, I was with La Diabla Yamileth. She was the queen of fichas and made that bar a hell of a lot of money. Therefore, idiota Chato wanted to get that top dollar in his pocket. You are playing with fire going to Tropical. As those criminal meseros that will rip you off in a heartbeat will drug your drink and then rob you. Been there, done that. And believe me, not knowing where I was from 10 pm one night until 4 pm the next afternoon when I woke up was not fun. Lost 300.00. Robbed of 300.00.

He refused to allow both of us to come in unless I paid the regular ficha price of 8.00 a beer for her. I told him she wasn't working there anymore and so did she. I asked him, so you are going to turn down our business because of this and he replied yes. I called him an idiot in Spanish. We proceeded to walk across the street to Chavelas where we bought copious numbers of beers (regular beers) for 2. 00 each. What a bunch of idiots to turn away our business. I would fire him if he worked for me.
I've gone there before with girls that were working there, but not working on the specific day we went. They just gave them each a wristband to identify them as guests and let us in.

    Thanks.
Time was never discussed. She did a little show on the pole in the room before requesting DATY. She loved having her nipples sucked, and they were very nice to suck on! Know your exchange rate before negotiations start! She was very sweet and I would have had an even better time if I had a little ability to speak spanish. My phone translator did not help enough. I will be looking for her on my next trip in December and I rarely repeat.
