I probably would have felt that way about apps and phones. More than one young girl have brought cell phones and their apps to my life.

Now a days I find myself in these Zona Clubs. Both the young girl and me typing away on our phones and then showing each other what we want to say to each other. It goes rather smooth actually. Some of these clubs have such loud music is may actually be the easiest way to communicate.

I can't think of a bigger mood killer than using the ap inside a bar with a girl. It really should not be necessary. Spanish is only class I failed in school. Thousands hours practicing it and all I can say are numbers up to 100, and 1 word commands. And I memorized, you look pretty, you look hot, do you want a drink, where do you live, where are you from, do you have kids, do you like Tijuana, how much is upstairs. If you got to ask her, about what she's willing to do sexually, you probably picked the wrong girl to talk to. The good ones will have already been kissing you and shoving their tits in your face.

So I'll catch a ton of flack for this. But I just have to vent. Nothing pisses me off more than watching those guys that get obscenely rough. Yes, these girls are prostitutes and most fulfill their end of their deal. But I've seen more than my fair share of assholes that treat them as subhumans. All they're doing is covering up their own weakness. I'm not suggesting we all turn into white knights. But treat the girls with respect. The all out slaps, throwing girls around. It always comes from the biggest spenders who love doing it as the center of attention. It's pathetic. Rant over.

They are probably are very narcissistic and just don't "measure up", but I always treated the chicas like ladies, they pleasured me with their company so it is the least I can do. The chicas have feelings too and I seen plenty cry about issues back home or at work.

Yeah I have a few regulars that talk my ear off in Spanish even though they know I don't understand but tidbits of what they are saying. I think it is a way for them to decompress or calm their nerves. Sometimes when it is important, they whip out their phone and give it to you so you understand. Most of the time it is when we are driving around town, but I have the music up. You have to remember that they are nervous if not more than us coming with our dollars to spend on them. They tell you they are from the closest large city for reference purposes, when in reality most are probably from small city outside main capital, etc. I was invited to a chicas place, but I checked on google maps and the US State dept. doesn't recommend travel to that region. It isn't exactly top 10 places I need to see before I expire. I might give it a go if adventurous. Always fun times to be had in Tijuana.

My spanish is ok, I have been married to 2 latinas. Anyways I always make the Mexicans laugh when I speak very "corriente", I say things like vete la verga, demanda de verga, or ala verga lol. I guess I knew too many chicas from Sonora before.

Dog. I have the same level of Spanish. It's amazing the conversation you can have with the girls knowing only some broken Spanish! Between my broken Spanish and body language there is a lot of communication going on. I had a big fear when I first went down there of not being able to talk to the girls. Also many of the girls know a bit more English than I do Spanish so that helps as well.

You will find that the more your Spanish improves the better times you'll have with the girls; you'll not be limited to only the English-speakers, and you won't have to depend on a translate app. Plus it pays dividends when dealing with waiters, hotel clerks, cashiers, bell boys, random people on the street, etc, etc, etc.

I am nowhere near fluent in Spanish. But I always speak Spanish in the bars. To your point, it always improves the experience. I think it puts the girl at ease and they treat you just a little better because conversation just flows better. Even when a girl speaks a bit of English, I still choose Spanish. Often, they are just relieved to not feel the pressure of not having to try to speak English.

My Spanish is limited and don't feel it affects my connection with the ladies. They seem to like fit guys with good attitude. They all feel up my various body parts, some like legs, shoulders, arms, chest, etc. I feel like I should be getting paid, but I know they need the money more than me. Tijuana and other monger destinations are no question as to why they are working in the clubs as most come from small towns throughout Latin America and need it to pay for their surgeries, expensive habits, or family. Fun times regardless of whatever I or they may have going on in our lives. I always end the meeting by asking them if they are ready to go back to reality and they just laugh.

In my three years going to the zona this time around, I have to say the girls are mostly uneducated and low class. I only met one that was a lawyer and actually fun to have a conversation with. I don't care to hear their sad story, I only want to fuck them if i think they are hot and enjoy myself. Honestly I have nothing in common with most of them.
