30 min ST rooms with bar girls in Cascada is now $21 vs $18 in Rizzo, not that much different. Cascada also lets you take SGs in. Its ST time extension for VIPs, 30 min for SG and 45 min for bar girls, is very nice. Since I don't go to Rizzo that often I will stay with HK's VIP, kind of expensive $60 for 3 months.

I have not seen Wendy last 2 weeks. There are very few girls on the street last few weeks. Not sure why. Thursday night Anahi AKA Wendy was working, but there were no other girls on the street worth bothering.

Made a trial run on Friday after 14 months. After getting my Covid vaccine. Between doing SGs went to check on both VIP clubs (Cascadas and Tropical) what the deal is about VIP usage.

Captain is right that both Hotels / Clubs only honor their respective VIP club memberships only, but there is one exception: HK VIP membership lets you get rooms at Rizzo at a 70% Discount (vs 80% discount if you have a Tropical membership). Also HK VIP allows you to get ST rooms with SGs for 30 minutes (instead of 20 minutes for non-VIPs) or even 45 minutes. No such provision at Rizzo. But of course if you know enough girls that would come to Rizzo, the Tropical VIP at $30 and rooms for $11 on Mon & Tue are the best deals in town.

Street talent was below par and what we are seeing on youtube. I was especially looking for Wendy Vampire and some of the girls that hang around her. None were present. The talent in the Alley and and along Revolucion (both sides) was sub-par. Didn't see many mongers either. Things are noticeably slower than pre-covid days.

In 2020 I used the HK VIP card to get the discount both at Cascadas and Rizo. I believe the Tropical VIP is only valid at Hotel Rizo. Also, the Cascadas (Mon, Tue) discount used to be 80% but now it is 70%. The Rizo still gives you 80% (Mon, Tue). I haven't been to Tijuana since Covid outbreak, so my info is from early 2020.

One advantage of getting a room at Cascadas is many street girls in the alley and even beyond will go to Cascadas, only a small sub-set of these gals will go to Rizo.

Hotel Rizo de Oro on top of Tropical has better room deals than hotel Cascada and Hong Kong, and HK girls would walk over to Rizo.

Rizo rooms have been remodeled, nice, clean. Quiet, upscale, look and feel more conventional, less tacky, plasticky, less used and less smeared than Cascada. 's. ST rooms are $16 half hour, $28 full hour, $35 for 4 hours and $55 all night. Rizo is far less busy, more relaxed and less uptight than Cascada.
