Hi all,
I visited in Jan. / Feb. I stayed at dragon palace 2 . Before booking itself I had confirmed whether its girl friendly. Plus the location is excellent just behind bui vein street. You can bring girls anytime at night no issues.

If you book a decent apartment you don't have to worry and access in and out will be using security card. I normally book in the Landmark 81 which has been convince by for me as the shopping centre is downstairs with choice of food.

Hi all,
I also love food, and wanting to explore District 2 for a weekend I'm wondering what hotels you might recommend in the 4 star range? I'll bring a friend or find one there but hoping that some hotels might be girl friendly.
Cheers.

I'll recommend this place:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/7S+Love+Point+Hotel / at 10.769152,106.6814369,16 z / data=!4 m8!3 m7!1 s0 x0:0 xaede1093372 cb089!5 m2!4 m1!1 i2!8 m2!3 d10.7698232!4 d106.6845176.
Google maps shows it as "7's Love Point" but it seems to have changed hands recently and is now named "KOI Boutique Hotel". They have a large Koi (goldfish) tank downstairs you actually walk over to get to reception and the main part of the hotel. Good sized room, king size bed set in an alcove with plenty of pillows all around and padding up the walls so you can go wild. Good size bathroom and shower for 2 or maybe 3 people. Large bathtub although the setting and size seems to vary from room to room. In room sauna in the more expensive rooms. Seem to have no problems bringing in company for any length of stay, that's what they seem set up for. Staff were efficient and unobtrusive. There's a large supply of water in the mini bar / fridge which you have to pay for but at least it's there which is convenient. In district 5 but close to district 1, maybe 20 minutes walk from Bui Vien. The room has no windows which I rate as a positive in fact. Air con worked well, WiFi was fast. Overall good value for the money.
Took my favourite little spinner there and we bonked each others' brains out for about 8 hours solid but that's a different report. That may very well cloud my judgement. However given that it's fairly hard to find nice quality hotels that are suitable for P4P action in district 1, this is a good nearby option.

Hi Guys,
Any info on HCMC service apartments for overnight stay of GF without hassles.
Read few hotels but they are ok till 10 pm or charging additional 10-20 USD.
Please suggest if anyone have used apartments.
Thanks,

Posts: 296Looking forward to my first visit to HCNC at the end of June.
Some of the booking web sites have reasonably priced serviced apartments. Does anyone know if these are generally GF places?

Hey guys,
Long time lurker but avid work traveler.
I just want to share my experience in Vietnam, which is probably one of the best places.
If you are going here, I really really encourage you to stay at Amena.
https://www.booking.com/hotel/vn/ame...and-suite.html
2 buildings down on the left is Qui, which is probably the best bar in Ho Chi Minh. You can find WGs and actual girls there.
Across the street is Little Tokyo, great food.
Also across the street are all these Massage Parlors. Your mileage may vary as you can probably go FS with these girls.
Definitely a happy ending and the damage was about $50-60 USD for a 2 HR massage and a tug. It's actually a pretty legit massage with plenty of girls to choose from.
There is a law in Vietnam unfortunately, you can't take a girl back to your room after 9 pm. To beat this, either get an Airbnb or bribe the security guy at Amena. I would pay about $20 USD which is 500 k Dong.

I stayed at the Lien Thanh Hotel on my last trip to Vietnam.
LE Anh Xuan St. , Ben Thank Ward District 1.
I never left my passport at the desk, rather I gave them a photocopy of my passport the first time I checked in which was sufficient for all my stays there. I booked my room for two occupants and there was never a question when I brought company back for an overnight stay. One lady never showed ID and another likely would not have had to, but out of habit she stopped at the desk on her way in. Her ID was copied and given back to her. No muss, no fuss. The doorman was laughing with me one day pointing out one of their Asian guests who he said had six ladies visit him in one day and wondered how he could get it up that often. So I would say girl friendly. LOL.
I used this hotel as my jump off spot to visit other cities so I checked in and out regularly. Twice I left my luggage at the hotel when I flew so I did not have to pay checked luggage fees at the airport. They arranged all my air and bus transportation at the front desk with the tickets being delivered to the hotel.
At an average of 500,000 VND per night, an inexpensive hotel with the basics which is all I am interested in as I don't spend much time in my rooms when I am traveling. The early mornings were enjoyable to go across the street for coffee to relax, visit people, and read online news while watching the streets come alive. A so so breakfast for two included in the price of the room. As I was leaving they were partitioning the main lobby area for the construction of a massage parlor.
Close to the backpackers area without the noise. Easy waking distance to Ben Thanh Market and the night market.
