Oanhspa was previously Harmony on Tong Huu Dinh. Opened by Oanh, who used to be at Rose on the same street. Brown doesn't sound very promising then. Any info from Spa Trang, couple doors from Brown? One Angel seems to be a legit hair salon. The other which next to Com Moc right?

Visited Liberty 2 massage / spa. It was a little bit hard to find as there are massages around it and it isn't even a hotel. Google maps indicates it as a hotel and that was hard for me to find.

Took the VIP service and was provided a free 20 foot massage. The downer was that I had to wait 30 min for the masseuse to arrive. Had I known that, I wouldn't have accepted it. The foot massage was ok, nothing to write home about except to say that a man did it.

The receptionist spoke English and offered me a free beer for the wait. Everyone else didn't speak any English so communication was hard.

I live in VN since 20 years, I have some experience with the local scenes in saigon and I'm always surprised regarding the prices accepted by my fellow expats or tourists.

For information, in Saigon:

1/ a blowjob bar real price is 250 K (ticket) + 100 K for the girl (tip). For this price you have BJ + often CIM. The girl is often naked too.

It's the famous false haircut places, called HTGD. There are all around the city.

2/ In some massage places like Zeus (and others) you can have nuru + BJ + sometimes CIM. 500 K for the girl is a normal price if the place is high end.

3/ In massage places, a simple HJ (the famous happy ending) should never be paid higher than 250 K tip (exception for high end spa). Some locals & expats prefer to apply the 50% rule. Means you give to the girl the equivalent of 50% of the ticket. If the spa massage ticket is 500 K, you give 250 K to the girl for the happy ending. For 1 M, you give 500 K, etc.

4/ If you want FS, the normal price for the girl is 500 K / 1 H. Max of the max: 1 million. (hostel / place not included).

If you pay higher, it's just a scam and they abuse your naivety.

Saying yes for a FS at a massage place for 1.5 or 2 millions is just disrupting the market in a wrong way.

From 1 M, you can go on kynu and find the hottest saigon hooker ever, matching all your requirements.

The average price on Kynu is 400 K for FS.

I don't speak of people paying that for just a BJ! It's just insane.

The best way to avoid scam is to avoid Bui Vien and D1.

Outside the touristic areas, you have ton of places where a foreigner customer is something very unusual. You will find HTGD where you are welcomed like a king, with the girls jumping on your knees and begging you to choose them. Some of them will even love to offer you GFE for free (hugging during a long time, kissing, chatting, etc) and some will ask for your number to meet you outside and try to become your girlfriend. There are sometimes real jewels in this kind of place.

It's totally different from the vibe you can get in D1 places where you are just "Westerner number 2084932". Expats & locals avoid this kind of places.

In a nutshell: avoid bui vien and don't pay too much! A girl will not be a better shoot because you pay her higher, it's not how vietnamese girls think. At the opposite, don't bargain too much, it will ruin her mood.

Visited Nature yesterday. Went fairly early and there were a few girls that looked asleep in the downstairs lobby!
