I have seen and passed this MP numerous times. Its located next to the Sapaco Bus Terminal (the bus to Cambodia) in Tan Binh.

They do often get confused when saying the numbers but not when it comes to using them. In my 5 plus years of coming here, I've yet to have someone give me the wrong amout of change. In my favor. If there is one thing the Viet people know, it's money and numbers.
