I went to the moon bar in little Japan. They told me it was 130 k beer, I drank 2 beers they charged me 900 k. They included a sitting charge I was there 10 min. I had previously asked what the prices where. I was just notifying everyone, So you can know which one to avoid. Went to other places there they were transparent.

Anyone try the bar (I think the name is) Little princess hostess bar on Nguyen Sieu? Next to that hotel alley, right off of Hai Ba Trung? I believe it used to be "Storm P.S. Bar" a while back, least that's what the adress is still listed as on google. Women out front looked early 40's, some maybe mid 30's but not too bad. One had a nice big rack but messed up teeth. I was staying at a friend's place nearby and passed by but I had no time to go inside since I had to catch a flight to Hanoi, but will be back in the same location in a week.

Was in Little Japan last night (Thursday). Confirmed with some of my girls the police raid and they all went into hiding or closed the bar. Last night had girls out but not even half of when I was there in mid-September. Much fewer Japanese customers too but I noticed a huge increase in Indians. Guess the Japanese are fed up with the table charges too.

More and more bars are adding this table charge BS and the rates are getting out of hand. One I walked in and out of wanted 300 k for me just to sit down! Most run from 150-200 k.

Pro tip and please do this guys. If you see a girl you like get her to agree that there is no table charge if she wants you to come in. I have found they will all do this. If not there are 50 other bars and 1000 other girls available.

Pro tip 2 - also make sure the bar doesn't charge you another 200-300 k for the girl to stand beside you instead of behind the bar. Girls can waive this charge for you as well.

Pro tip 3 - seek out the hidden bars in Little Japan in the small alleys where you find only a handful of bars. I find those are the prettiest bar girls hidden with some uglies who are always outside. I don't pay much attention to bar names in Little Japan but I'll try my best to get the names when I go next. Way too many bars in Pasteur and Little Japan to remember.

I found a girl's profile on ThienDia which has the rate mentioned as 500 k / shot. I contacted her and asked her how much would she charge for 4 hours. She said 3000 k and I can have 4 shots. I told her it doesn't make sense. Your pricing says 500 k / shot with that logic I should be paying only 2000 k. Now she tried to explain herself but of course this was in Vietnamese so I'm not sure what she meant. I don't speak Vietnamese and I don't know the Vietnam scene so a bit confused. I'd really appreciate if someone can explain how these rates on ThienDia work. The rates there are always mentioned as price / shot.

Unfortunately, my three regulars were all out of town, so I had to searching for new partners. This time I was alone, since all my foreign business colleagues were women. Went to Apo and was pleasantly surprised to see a relatively hopping place at 10:30 on a Tuesday, probably because of the band. All the parties and groups in the front, all the working girls in the back and the guys lounging around in-between. I set up shop along the bar, got the buy 2 get 2 beer special and drank, listened to music and looked around. Of course, the prettiest girl there was already with a guy. Went in, got a beer at the bar, and saw some nice girls in sexy dress and heels hanging out with some older men. Eventually more girls came in and sat down. Eventually the mamasan noticed me and came over. She showed me 2 girls, both of which were pretty good, I picked the prettiest of the two. Short time is usually from 300 k-1 m depending on the girl's looks and services.
