Update on the above. I ventured into The Bell around 9 pm a few nights ago, it was a party night. Managed to get chatting with Huynh, she calls herself Noi, small body, petite features, cute faced. I was told by an experienced expat that there is a new girl that just started work in The Bell, her name is Huynh or maybe Huyen. I would have to agree with Nomes there are a few bars on Pasteur that have girls offering services, will have to check out The Bell Bar next time. Correct Wander Luster, I asked as well. As for corner bar upstairs, it's a billiard room and nothing much is happening, too bad!

Doesn't seem to exist anymore either due to ownership or staff change, but 3-4 years ago, fwiw, Saigon Retro offered at least you could go upstairs with a girl (service and price negotiable).
