Tin Mine was the club/disco in the old KL Hilton on Jalan Sultan Ismail. The hotel is now the Crowne Plaza. At one point it changed to TM2 and was a latin music place. If you're a white guy, you might even head into Bangsar as there are plenty of bars with possibilities there too. I believe pick ups are still possible at Hard Rock/Beach Club/Zouk and along Heritage row (near Sheraton Imperial) now - but I wouldn't vouch whether they might be professionals or not (or even female in some cases).
