Amusing since most punters in Thailand take a very different attitude, a harder one, where they believe they are paying far too much for a bargirl already, and expect the girl to stay the whole night for just 500 to 1K Baht extra, which is really quite unreasonable, causing most top girls to be not interested in very long bookings. For good money they may change their attitude.

I suspect that certainly if you liked the girl for the initial period to the first pop, and then offered extra money to go round again, they might be into it, unless their pussy is already hurting.

It's not so applicable to me since I always take so long to get to the first pop. I have tried to offer girls extra money to stay on till morning in the past, and very few accepted, however that is a very different thing to extending a ST. Some girls just do not want to do Long Time at all.

If you managed to choose a girl with low stamina, there is little chance your extension plan is going to work. All my regular girls have good to very good stamina to fuck for a reasonably long period, but plenty of girls do not. So nothing is guaranteed.

Some bars have started to introduce rules where, a certain category of girl, perhaps Coyote type, is due back to the bar by a certain time, based on your barfine, and that due time may be unreasonably just 1 hour later. Look it varies by personality of the girl a lot and by what you negotiate, and how much she likes you. Definitely some bar girls are bolters that will not go over 1 hour if you did not negotiate something longer. Some girls will be trying to get away with 30 min quickie. Many bar girls were seen to go with a customer and return in less than 30 minutes, from a short time room.

I never get done in less than 1 hour and generally take 90 minutes on days that the ST Hotel is quiet, sometimes longer, however girls do start complaining "When are you going to cum? If taking a very long time. Very irritating.

The point is thai wages have increased almost 3 fold since 2001 which is the reason for 5 k LT when it used to be 1. 5 k back in 01.

1. Is Mixx about the same type of scene as Spasso? I assume it it a bunch of reasonable to good looking FL?

2. Is Mixx located close to Spasso?

As you know, Spasso is a FL pick up bar in the basement of the Grand Hyatt. Thanks to the information on the forum, and some great responses from some members I PM'd here, I had a pretty good trip. So. Time to pay back with trip reports. Part 1 here is my first night in Bangkok, the other nights where in Pattaya and will continue on the Pattaya forum.

OK, feel free to tsk-tsk me. Made obvious careless errors in my excitement. I was there the second week of June.

So I snuck in a LOS bolt-on few days to a business trip at the last minute. Didn't make a lot of detailed plans, it was very spur-of-the-moment. Having been to Thailand many times in the last 3 decades I figured "What could possibly go wrong?" LOL. Well, times have changed. Its been six years since I've been there. So here is Part 1 of my report.

Flew into DMK on Air Asia (it was really cheap) and took the A1 bus from DMK to Mo Chit (Chatuchak Park MRT station also) as recommended on the forum here. Cheap, just 30 baht. Grabbed the MRT (the escalators are easier than the BTS with luggage, but BTS is also right there) and rolled down to Sukhumvit, another 33 baht. If you arrive between 7 AM and 11 PM, I would recommend this as the best way to get there from DMK. Up the escalators, out the door and around the corner and you are in the hotel.

Stayed at South Sukhumvit Suites hotel, mainly for convenience. My plan was to just spend one night in Bangkok (needed to take care of something there) and then head down to Pattaya for a few days are&are. The hotel is right at ground zero, around the corner from Soi Cowboy. Girl friendly, they call when she leaves your room, etc. The usual. Rates are on the high side, but room is excellent, staff is great, internet is fast and reliable, so I was set. Had booked it on my phone from the airport just as I was coming to Bangkok earlier that day.

From reading lots of posts in the Thailand forums, I somehow got the impression that it was commonplace for girls to bolt after the first pop in ST to try to get back to the club as quickly as possible to make their next ST. But from what you guys are saying, this bolting after the first pop appears to be the exception and not the norm.

Look it varies by personality of the girl a lot and by what you negotiate, and how much she likes you. Definitely some bar girls are bolters that will not go over 1 hour if you did not negotiate something longer. Some girls will be trying to get away with 30 min quickie. Many bar girls were seen to go with a customer and return in less than 30 minutes, from a short time room.

I never get done in less than 1 hour and generally take 90 minutes on days that the ST Hotel is quiet, sometimes longer, however girls do start complaining "When are you going to cum? If taking a very long time. Very irritating.

Most bargirls are expecting to give one pop only I believe. If you want more, you should raise the issue with them. If you want more than 90 minutes, might be worth discussing that too. A better concept is make barfine 1000 baht or whatever amount. If a customer orders 1000 baht in lady drinks then barfine is zero. If they order 600 baht lady drinks barfine is 400 baht.

Good idea for the punter, not sure about the bar owner. Operationally while possibly problematic initially in implementation it's not that complicated and definitely workable.

Does it benefit the trade to make the change? I have my doubts. The first bar would most certainly gain a first mover advantage. However over time if it was seen to be working others would follow removing that advantage.

You could argue that it would make go go's more popular with increased traffic from punters that normally stay away because they don't like the bar fine part of the deal.

Also I can see gains in the customer drinks segment as customers would presumably stay longer to get their lady drinks tab to where it covers the bar fine but would this offset the net loss from the lady drinks plus barfine price model?

While I would love to see the change I won't be holding my breath for it to become the norm anytime soon.

It is the norm for them to bolt if it's a short time room. I don't have a lot of experience bringing girls over for ST, but they will always prefer to leave after the first pop, always. You really, really need to confirm a full two hours, and the exact time they are to leave. Most Bangkok gogo girls I find are very eager to get back to their money making machine.
