Absolutely not. There are is no FKK equivalent or nightclub style places here or even in the same world. If you want to see topless girls while hanging out, those are the gogos. Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy are the main locations. In short, a gogo is sorta like a mix between a strip club and a brothel, but sex is for takeout only. The girls don't really walk around nude or topless, they are basically just standing on the stage casually moving / dancing in one spot and are usually topless, but not always. Some gogos, like Angelwitch have fun shows. But you can, and many people do, just hang out there, check out the ladies and have some drinks. You're absolutely not required to take one home or do anything other than buy a drink, its a bar at the end of the day, and if you like a girl, you can take her home.
