From what I have heard, some have given 30-40% rent concession to bar owners but haven't heard complete forego yet. Maybe they will have to as no way nana or cowboy going to open anytime soon. About new tenants, I don't think anyone wants to risk investing now unless they have enough funds to sustain till end of this year. And even when they open, no guarantee that they will turn profit. Only people with deep pockets can survive this.
