Those of you using ThaiFriendly, what is your experience with girls whose profile says shit like they are looking for serious relationship only etc. Do they mean it or is it just a pose so they wouldn't look cheap but in fact are OK with one night bang?

I had been tested for the range of sti's at Thai Red cross 30 min before, but the test results take around 2 weeks to come back. So I just went with treating myself so that I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to choose what antibiotic treatment was needed. I just watched a youtube vid on how to IM inject. I self injected and took the single dose of Azith and that sorted all symptoms out within a few days. 2 weeks later the results came back that I had contracted Chlamydia, so the shotgun treatment approach saved me time and got rid of the sti sooner.

I know that self diagnosing from the internet is a bad idea in some cases, but with the ease of buying things over the counter in Thailand, it's pretty damn convenient for a common sti. Testing is cheap, but slow. And 250 baht worth of meds solved the problem long before the test results came back.

I can't imagine the pain you would have gone through if you waited 2 weeks to get the results, good move from you.

I too always try to see how I could do to heal it by myself, and when I see a doctor I don't always take blindly what they give to me if I feel it's something weird.

I agree, the fact that we can get a lot of products without prescription is one of the things that I really love in Thailand.

I'm sure that it was a sti because firstly I never had any infection of any kind before, and secondly I'm aware that the exact same girl infected many other guys also (I didn't know that at the time I was meeting her, I realised it only later), then I felt it was very weird at the moment she licked the inside of the urethra, then the next day I was already feeling a discomfort and it got worse very quickly. The only thing I don't know is which bacteria it was. The fact that she infected other guys in a long period of time (many weeks) also shows that she is probably permanently infected by these bacteria.

Another time I felt the exact same discomfort the next day that a Nana plaza girl gave me a BBBJ and I immediately drank a lot more water to make me going toilet very frequently and the discomfort went away quickly without any side effect, although I cannot be sure for that time but I suspect very strongly that it was another sti because the girl was far from being hygienic.

You've got to act very quickly in these kind of situation to not let the bacteria going further the urethra because it seems that once it arrives in the testicles it's almost impossible to get rid of it.

I'm not sure if they would do it for gonorrhea but I received a few shots of antibiotics in the ass a few years ago from a pharmacist in Pattaya for an open wound on my toe that got worse after a few days. But you've got to find the independent pharmacies (no brand on it, preferably written in Thai) and it would be better if the pharmacist is an older guy.

I just bought Ceftraxione (1 MG injectable with lidocaine) and disposable syringes from one of the Pharmacies in Rama 4 right across the street from the hospital and Thai Red Cross testing center. Just find an accredited doctor by preference (urologist or venereologist). The problem may be caused by parasite (trichomoniasis) or caused by urinary tract infection (not std) or your treatment was not well prescribed (gonorrhea and chlamydia). That's why you have to get tested from an accredited medical center.
