Hua Hin is 4 hours away, so no. Pattaya is 2 hours away but a lot of places are now open to 2 am or later, so plenty of time to have fun once you arrive. I arrived at my hotel at 11 PM tonight. Just took a stroll thru soi cowboy. It is rocking Last call isn't for quite a while.
