I tend to avoid the big clubs and go to the smaller type bars and order a beer and most times the mama would send a girl to sit with you and start chatting. 2 drink later for both of us and its ST for 2,000 total. It's 1030 pm and decided to visit Nana Plaza (first time) - started off at Billboard after hearing reports it was the best. Really full but for some reason not that many girls vs guys. And of the female talent could not see much to keep me interested.

Then tried out Butterflies and Rainbow 5 but they were Both seriously dead. Hardly any customers inside and no buzz to the place.

These are all refering to the same things.

Number one is some pearls that the Thai guys insert under the skin of their dick, presumably to give more pleasure to the girls.

Number 2 is a variant of number 1.

The other issue with Ruamchit Hotel is room availability. In March they were twice full when I wanted to get a ST room. Once my girl took us to about four ST hotels before we found an available room, which was Miami on Soi 13 (dingy place for 600 baht).

Sounds like a definite 'mood killer' if ever I heard one! I bet by the 4th hotel you couldn't have been arsed anymore!
