Never been to BKK, but really looking forward to my first experience. I plan on running this body of mine ragged with the girls. Been doing quite a bit of reading and searching, but I have a couple things I've been wondering currently:

I meant the pool table bars opposite Hooters. Cannot recall their names. We got there around 2 pm and then again around 7 pm.

Good fun and worth spending some time to hunt. Girls vary but there were some that were worth it. I have taken girls from those bars before. Let me answer that for you. If you're simply looking to get a covered fuck then gogo's, beer bars, thermae and even street freelancers more convenient at least in Thailand. But if you're wanting BBFS, or more of a GFE experience without mechanical clock watching than the online game might be worth the investment. At least for me it's been. I've learned not to start too early (maybe 3 weeks before trip at most) and since it's a numbers game being smart about quickly weeding out the candidates. I've met girls online that spent hours more with me for nothing but the initial fee paid and were great GFE experiences. Or that came back day 2 for no fee other than dinner and a nice time. Many keep in touch through what's app for my next trip. But you're correct it takes time and effort and is not for everyone.

Stopped into Bangkok after 5 days in Pattaya. We stayed near Nana Plaza and spent our days and nights in there. The pool bars along Nana are good fun and some of the daytime and evening ladies are worth investing time and money with. My wingman and I took a couple back during the day and got numbers of some as back up for the night. The girls were late 20's early 30's and did put a lot of effort into their work. They were good performers and provided DFK and loved DATY. All responded with very nice BBBJ.
