I went quite early at Billboard, around the 10 pm mark on a weekday. It is definitely a hot place! Many girls, few punters. I discovered a place on Soi Cowboy that has been mentioned before on the forum.

The place is called Penny Black. It's like right across Country Road bar at the beginning of the soi (Asok side). It seems to be the hotspot to go to for all the gogo dancers and freelancers after they finish their work in the bars. The place was packed with people around 2 am Saturday.
