1) Does anyone know if you take 2 girls do they take it in turns, or do they both work on you at the same time?

I've found it quite difficult to get a double BJ anywhere in Thailand. Usually they just take turns, often deploying a wetwipe in between, which spoils the experience somewhat.

I've found just the opposite. Very inconsistent. 5 years ago I brought home a large box of Kamagra gel that I bought from a table at Soi 11 and Sukhumvit. I noticed inconsistent performance. Later I used my laboratory scale to weigh individual packets and found a wide scatter in weights of individual packets. In 2020 I bought name brand Levitra from a similar nearby table and found it 100% useless, no positive nor negative effects. The generic USA Levitra works good for me.

I don't trust the medications that are sold at those tables along Sukhumvit.

Mixx fell off, way off. I'm in Bangkok right now and the Russian girls are MIA. Insanity reopened but only on Friday and Saturday and it's dead. Levels is okay but no Russians. The only spot I saw one was at Bobo but be forewarned, dress like you have money because they are very selective at the door.

Going to BKK for 3 weeks soon. I'm not new to the city or the scene, but in the past, I've always gotten a new girl each night.

Sorry I didn't head to any clubs, but if you are looking for a non Thai few options on Suk 4 and if you don't see what you like ask some of the non Thais they may have friends.

I have similar tastes. Check back for my previous trip reports. Often overpromised and underdelivered even at high-price venues.

However I did have good luck at Paradise Massage. In imagine other venues on Soi 22 would also yield positive results. Just be sure to contact the venues over Line first to specify what you want, so they have the correct ladies available when you arrive.
