I have a bit of a hearing problem I can never get the tones? This particularly girl I met at Annies, her name was something like Ae her #1. I usually don't pay too much attention to the name then I didn't even have a cell phone to retain names etc like today. The biggest reason I tend to talk in my sleep and that is not good when you are married? The way I met her was not picking her out of the fishbowl, I was sitting at the bar having a drink waiting for my cousins when she walked by gave me a stare and I back to her as you noted not or any stunners at Annies so she really caught my attention shorter version skin tone and hair tie back ponytail reminded me of J-Lo she was in street clothes.

I'm not a big fan of soapy but the session was great and the sex was memorable and if she wasn't already BF I would have taken her out for the rest of the day. That evening we went across town to outdoor seafood and small roast pig restaurant with also had Thai dancing. The Thai name Ae or Aey actually has more than one possible tone. Some "Ae" persons are flat tone, some are rising tone. Pronounced somewhere between AY (as in Pay) and AIR. Different tone makes it a different name. Noi is another name with variations, high tone or low tone. For names, it does not really matter if you can't pick the tone.

I guess if giving #1 would be a top girl likely. I don't remember what she looked like. Actually I was not a frequent visitor there, but would try many different places, and years ago, a soapy fan. I always described Annies as a cross between soapy and an Oily MP, or perhaps closer to a Nuru MP. Several aspects were different to a typical Soapy. Now closed after a raid due to illegal use of underground water (is the very strong rumour), as were several other soapies doing the same thing.

Annies daughter is called Aey and was major owner of the Annies chain (including the Soi 7/1 bars). Some girls I knew worked Annies and Soi 7/1 as well, depending on the day and staff shortages. Claims they were very independent businesses were laughable. Just someone spinning an official line.

It seems unlikely that Aey would work as a bartender (miles below her station) but many years ago just possible she was behind the bar when bartender at the toilet, or similar. I did see her many years ago (on some visits) but she possibly was not much spending so much time at Annies in recent years. I met "Annie" herself once and had a very brief chat. In fact I think Aey introduced Annie. Before that I might not have known I was seeing Annie working there.

Annies was a place to chat to the oldies briefly about ancient history. One older staff person, was a friend of a girl I used to do at the Thermae Soapy, back in 1991. Ha ha. Annie herself would know the whole early history of mongering on lower Sukhumvit. I always wanted to know the details of the very first soapy I went to on Sukhumvit which was not Annies but not far away. Maybe on Soi 2 also but unsure. Its long gone. Was larger than Annies and had a car park. The year was about 1983.

Wow you dropped off the name on purpose? Can't say I met any stunning enough to still dream about at Annies. I do say a small number were very doable and even had some LTs with Aor (pre sillies). Her big nose stopped her from being stunning but quite nice.

Eventually they phased out LT take outs I believe.

Can you post a link to the YouTube video? The amounts vary greatly depending on the bar. 800 per hour for usage of a large VIP karaoke room and 700 baht per hour per girl to join you in the room for singing ONLY seems more reasonable. I think the girl I wanted one night was 1500 baht per hour just for her. Maybe that's the Farang price? Add room, drinks, food, extra tip for the girl since the quoted amount is only for singing and companionship, etc. and it was a huge pass no matter how good looking she was. I did try to get her Line but that didn't go over well with mamasan or the girl.

I sympathize with Thais in Scandinavia. Air is too cold and dry causing a lot of sinus problems.
Cleaners in my Stockholm hotel were Thai so I chatted to them about adjustment problems and to find out if there were any decent Thai restaurants.
I have an ex Thai semi-GF living there now. She seems to cope with the weather, but I cannot.

I now live part time in very rural Thailand. Hot and sticky, bugs and dust.

Supply of pretty non surgeries girls is getting thin these days in Bangkok P4P scene. Some seem to like the surgeries.

Penny Black is actually quite a cool place. It is a nightclub focusing only on Hip-Hop music. So if you are into this spesific music genre it is actually one of the best in Bangkok. !

I never even knew this place existed. One thing I always find lacking in BKK is late night clubs compared to Pattaya. The clubs all close early.

Is there any other good late night clubs these days? Whats the best club to find hotties nowadays in BKK? I know of Mixx, levels, and Insomnia but they haven't given me the best of luck so far.

I used to love Climax. That place was always good for a pickup. I had quite a few fun nights in Bangkok Beat before it closed. Was more of a MILFy crowd in there but sometimes you could find a gem.

Penny Black is actually quite a cool place. It is a nightclub focusing only on Hip-Hop music. So if you are into this spesific music genre it is actually one of the best in Bangkok. The entry downstairs to Penny Black has a bar and also now has outside seating. Nice place for people watching but very small. First floor is a newly remade pool bar. Second floor is a Karaoke bar. Third floor is the nightclub. Above is a short time hotel, but I never tried it. All venues has been updated recently with very nice decor in urban style. So all in all this complex is a very cool part of Soi Cowboy, but it is hard to see from the outside. All venues are owned by the same owner that operate Long Gun and Cactus. The nightclub gets going from 2-3 am and is popular by go-go girls after their work. Some nights can be really good here and the place is packed. I personally can not stand most of the music in go-go bars. I like classic rock from the 60- and 70's. But for some weird reason I am into Hip Hop! Combined with lots of sexy girls some nights this is one of the best nightclubs in Bangkok for me. Compared to Therma it is heaven!

Thanks for the update on this place, 10 years back when the place opened I stayed there for a day and night prior to leaving for an early morning flight back to the USA They had a promotional rate something like 700 baht, the place as noted was small but the room was really nice and decorated well still remember the night I spent there with a girl I met at Annie's a real gem and stunner a night to this day I still remember and dream about. Last year, walking around Soi Cowboy I dropped by out of curiosity old time sake and keeping options opened what the prices for rooms noted I believe 1500 baht nothing mention about them being ST rooms, and did noticed the club.

Whenever I visit Bangkok I usually stay around the Nana Area out of old habits which is at the Nana Hotel for one reason alone in the old days the Disco, which got going around 1 AM, the place was packed with freelancer easy to just take the elevator to your room sounds like Penny Black might be something very similar today which is something to check out but the drawback can I stay up that late? Boy how things have changed?
