6 gogo bars per day is a lot? In most bars you can see a full rotation of girls in under 1 hour but I can make an assessment if a bar is good or bad or not well under 1 hour. How much is a customer drink? I am used to 160 to 170 Baht in Bangkok although some bars are cheaper than that for non-alcoholic.

Seems like a psychology of being very afraid to miss out on some new unknown girl that might appear. Were you happy with all 3 clubs visited in the same day? Just seems too busy for me. If money is no object, then why not. I noticed guys that live in the clubs, day in and day out, obviously they had almost unlimited money to spend, or just no control whatsoever, or needed the social interaction. I never saw the benefit of doing any more than 2 girls, with each additional experience declining in pleasure, and getting more difficult. If I took more than 2, these days, would indicate one was a write off cancellation, and needed to be replaced. Maybe for younger guys, two good sessions is not enough, however my sessions are usually 60 to 90 minutes. No quickies. Was quite rare for me to leave a club "ungefickt". No fuck would mean a disaster line up, so a pathetic club.

I agree, in a bar could have seen basically most of the girls within 30 mins. So many of my bar visits are that short, if trying a non regular bar. Still I am not going to do more than 3 or 4 stops of 30 mins waste of time.

Then there is always the waste of time girls to be wary of, that I like, but they don't want to go with me, for one reason or another. The diet here certainly has changed. Thais are way fatter than they were 10 years ago. Fast food, 7-11, and yes, sugar. Diabetes rates are soaring as well. 5 to 10 kg extra on a Thai girl looks a lot worse than it does on a bigger western gal. In addition very few exercise regularly. I think there is still a stigma on girls who are fit. They think they look like ladyboys. Many of the gals who are thin here are what I call skinny fat. Thin yes, but zero muscle tone. I'm not a fan.

I have always been amazed at how tight the asses are on Thai girls considering the lack of gym work.

In my recent mission in Billboard at Nana I could not get over the amount of beautiful butts I saw in that place. Many girls are not in good condition as others mentioned. Some are too tired and just don't want to go any more. That is if you have specific girls in mind. Even as a guy who likes seeing really good looking girls nude (or close to it), I am visiting bars probably once per week on average now, or less. Not really my purpose to grope a lot of girls. Sometimes I try multiple bars (2 or 3), which will normally cost me one drink per bar. I suppose that is likely your method too. I don't even sit with a girl, unless there is one that really appeals. My preferred method, is to have the contact info for girls that are known good fucks. Arrange them to come to me without going to the bar at all. I hardly do LT anymore. I am a bit noisy, so girls might need another room to get a goodnight's sleep. So typically the girl will come to me early evening. Usually they don't go to the bar that day, but if visited me really early, she could move to the bar after that.

Don't count on it. That girl you bought drinks for earlier in the night will most probably be wasted by the time the bar closes or worse, barfined. I wouldn't waste my time hanging around until 03:00 in the morning for a quite uncertain outcome. It just doesn't make sense. Better to find a way to get her Line_id while you are having that drink with her and contact her the next day. Or just slip her yours discreetly. A friend of mine has small cards printed with his Line details, which he carries around. Believe me, most girls will understand that you don't want to pay the barfine, especially in Pattaya where the 1500+ barfine is the norm now.

Once I was outside one of my LK Metro gogo bars after closing. Some new security guy who worked at the bar still wanted me to pay a barfine after he saw I was taking one of the girls home with me. The girls all laughed at him and told him that I was this girl's real life boyfriend and he quickly backed off. The nerve for him to think he could still charge me a barfine even AFTER the gogo bar had closed.

Quoting US dollars is a bit misleading because of the Thai Baht being very low at some stages in the past.

I am not sure that the Thermae was quite so raunchy in my times there which were early 90's, starting at the old Thermae location near to Miami Hotel. Probably I was not looking for really aggressive girls, more so pretty and passionate girls, with nice bodies, and sweet girls, but I did find them, and short times did not seem to exist in those days, the girls were always for the whole night, so never any rush rush. Mostly they could not speak English in those times or very little, so I was learning Thai from them. I recall mostly being disappointed to lose track of my early Thermae girls (like if I left Thailand or they left Bangkok), they were just that good, that I wanted to keep repeating. Kid in a candy shop.

In those days many Thermae girls were all natural, no surgeries, they were generally poor girls, could not afford surgeries, and usually had daytime normal jobs, like in clothing shops, Hotel cleaners, checkout chicks, waiting staff, etc. I rarely seemed to get the ones who moved from the bar to Thermae (due to no customer). Thermae got moving though when the other bars had reached closing time.

Yes, a lot of semi-pros at that time. Gals needing to supplement their income. And by 230-3 am the place was just hopping with GoGo gals who did not get a customer, gals from the discos. It was an amazing scene. Believe it closed at 6 am. I remember heading to the airport and seeing people stumble out of there as the sun was coming up. Great times!

The first social order crackdown came under Thaksin. Purachai, the interior minister directed it. Started having [CodeWord140] tests in bars, enforcing early closings, etc. Things loosened up a bit after 06's into the early 10's, but the crackdown was back in full force in '14. Bangkok used to ba a 24/7/365 town. People hanging out at street stalls all over the city drinking, eating, socializing, and having a good time after work. Areas like Thonglor were packed every night. There was a vibrant music scene as well. Early closings, high alcohol prices, copious road blocks, and an increasing cost of living combined with salaries that are not increasing at the same rate created a perfect storm to quash nightlife in my opinion. You just don't see locals out as much as you used to. Shame as it was a really rollicking place.

Agree 100% with this post. I think the culture and taste between Western and Asian men are so different that bars will split and develop to cater for either groups. I would not dream of setting my foot in Thermae. I see Youtube videos and I actually shrug from what I see. What is the fun in doing this parole with girls that just stand there like dolls? I have a very good Chinese business friend and he actually like the girl to be more forward, playful etc. So I have a feeling this attitude is mostly directed to Koreans and Japanese. Am I right? We see the same developments in bars like Rainbow 4; no interactions from the girls and the bar has mainly Asian customers. Baccara is another example of course. As Western naughty boys visiting numbers is declining, it is the opposite with Asian men. So I think we all know were this is heading. By all means; they should have the privilege of this market adjustment. It is just not for me. Cost is one thing. You expect prices to rise over time (albeit not to the ridiculous level we see now. FFS a dude on here was talking about paying 7 k for a couple of and jobs), but that being said the most disturbing aspect is the lack of fun associated with the scene in general. GoGos, Thermae, Discos, etc, the P4 P scene in BKK was one huge party 20 years ago. Now, it's just boring. Also other aspects of nightlife were far better as well.
