Very true. Ratings are subjective. Someone may be a much tougher grader than the next guy. More importantly, we all have different taste on what a 8 or a 9 looks like. The time to go will be after somebody puts a bullet in Maduro's head and the rule of law and order is restored so that the nation can begin its long road back to economic sanity.
